Great central location. Friendly amd helpful staff. The hotel is close by to Waterloo station and Lambeth North
I booked a room without a window, which tirned out to be in the basement. My error completely. The room was pitch black, Im not sure I would choose this option again.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming, room is nice and clean and comfortable, location is great. We stayed here last time we came to London and it is very good value and convenient for a short trip. Bed is comfortable, tv is a bonus. Handy shops only across the road and a place to get a tea or coffee. You can also get snacks/drinks from the reception. Love Lower marsh, Balance for breakfast/brunch and Pizza Pilgrims if you want to eat nearby. Walk through The Graffiti Tunnel if you're headed towards the London Eye etc
This time our room had a smaller window and was quite noisy in the morning, the noise was coming from above us but not sure what it was

I'll start by highlighting the courtesy and friendliness of all the hotel staff, especially Stephen, who served us very well, politely, and prepared hot chocolates and espressos on the days we stayed ☺️ About the hotel, I highlight its proximity to Lambeth North metro station, just a few steps away. steps away. There are cafes, pubs, markets on the street and from our window we could see The Shard. London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey all within a 10 minute walk. Check-in was smooth and we paid 15 pounds to get in early, as our flight arrived at 6 am and the room would only be available at 3 pm. Room is really small, even suitcases have to be opened in bed. Hairdryer, safe, liquid soap and TV, in short, the basics.
As negative points, we stayed for 7 nights and they cleaned the room only twice, the first time after a lot of insistence and on the fifth day. And there is the constant noise of ambulance and police sirens, so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. worth the value for money.

PERFECT location! It couldn't be in a better place, exactly opposite Lambeth Underground station which takes you to several places, and a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station which takes you everywhere, including Gatwich airport with relative ease (we went to and from the airport using the train, +/- 1:10 hour trip), not to mention that you can visit several places on foot, London Eye (15 minutes walk), Big Ben (15 minutes walk), London Tower (35 minutes walk), A region very well served by great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a beautiful and cool place, full of beautiful and happy people, and safety, I couldn't be staying in a better region, The Hotel is super clean, on my third day the room was completely sanitized (we stayed for 5 days), I found the room and bathroom very hygienic, TV with many good channels, Very beautiful view from the room, facing a church, Confortable bed, And the icing on the cake, the EXCEPTIONAL service from the reception and administration team who did everything to make our stay pleasant, and in any inconvenience were willing to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
I see a lot of complaints about the room being very small and in fact it is, this is even part of the hotel's slogan, but considering everything the hotel has to offer and the price, and considering the photos of the room where its size is clear, it's not it would be fair to complain about that. Be aware that the room is super small, even cramped, and if you are aware, don't complain later. You are paying a good price to be in one of the most upscale areas of the city, you can't have everything with this price. One detail, the pillows can be improved too, they are very thin, if there were two more it would be great, More sockets, next to the bed.

The staff at point of arrival were excellent - it was a tall guy with glasses - he was careful and thoughtful Then when we left and kept out bags with you for a few hours - the two female staff who helped us were also very warm and connecting and made it special
The room rate at £160/night for a really small room - is hard to accept. We could barely fit in the room. Yet room was clean. Facilities were all there. Guess that is Central London now - will have to think about this in terms of future trips

Room was comfortable and though small not at all cramped for me as a solo visitor. Everything was clean and the housekeeping kept everything lovely and neat each day. The reception staff went above and beyond. I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency and when I went down to let the reception know that I would be checking out earlier than my original booking required the woman who I spoke with was so kind and reassuring. She really set my mind at ease when I was worried about having to make big last minute changes to my plans.
No issues at all

Staff were great, I’ve stayed in Point A in Glasgow a lot and the room layouts are all the same which I like it’s compact with neat little touches. Wherever am going in the UK I look to see if there is a Point A hotel.
The location is excellent right next to the tube station, supermarket straight across the street but the road it’s on has a lot of Ambulances going up and down a lot but most London main roads will be the same.

The room cosy, clean and perfect for what we needed, bathroom nice small but I expected that from the photos and reviews before, we only needed a room to sleep in and it was perfect for us
Slight draft from bedroom window which wouldn’t normally be a bother but because the bed was up against it you could feel it, maybe use some straight excluders for around the window just to stop the cold coming in

Location , comfort , and staff were extremely helpful . Samsung tv also a welcome sight
Bath wood be nice but it’s just a small room, so understated a shower was chosen in the design. Tea and coffee station inside rooms instead of lobby would be preferable. If you need to charge in the room tea , so be it. You’ll probably find sales go up as a lot of people can’t be bothered to get up and go down stairs , they will wait till Check out and go for breakfast somewhere and get it then. Feel that feedback I should get paid for a consultancy fee on how to up sell. 🌝
