The bed was amazing, the pillows, the comforter were all perfection and the turn down service every night with a glass of water was a beautiful touch. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the variety of skin and body care products (several different body washes, shampoos/conditioners, eye cream, face cream, cream cleanser, lip balm, etc) Every thing single you think you made need for your trip -- they provide for you with excellent packaging. It was the perfect place and location for my to end my European Holiday travels. I would LOVE to comeback!

The hotel and the room were perfect however the restaurant had run out of a lot of dishes/ingredients making order breakfest a little challenging. Also on another platform it shows a pool when you search Redchurch Townhouse but that's on another property that is member only.

My team and I recently stayed here for a work trip, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and well taken care of. Mark, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially by addressing my specific request for a room with natural light, which I appreciated so much. To top it off, he even left cold drinks waiting for me upon arrival—a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed. The level of attention to detail and care shown throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were really wonderful, special kudos to Kaia and Roberta, always so kind and happy to help.

The General Manager, the staff, the room, the amenities, the restaurant, the neighborhood, were all exquisite. I was in London for the DSEI Conference (humongous) and thought i might be "too far" from everything...but i bragged so much about "my hotel" - that every.single.night....everyone came from across London to hang out with me at Redchurch for the evening.

The room prices are pretty shocking in London - but particularly during this timeframe. I loved my experience in the Redchurh, (paid for by clients). I am in London often, but could not afford to to stay there on my own dime. The room price was very dear during this timeframe.

Lovely interior, close to the overground station, rooms very clean and come with all amenities you could think of. Nice townhouse chic. Loved the details and the cleaning personnel was very friendly.

There was no hot water while we were there but that can happen. Communication around it could have been better (we needed to ask for stauts updates and also about how they would think of compensating). In general, I think the staff at the welcome desk could be more welcoming. Hardly got greeted when we entered the building, but they were efficient in doing their job.

The rooms, decor and cleanliness were one of the best things about this hotel. We did have one of the bigger absolutely beautiful suites and our adult sons had a regular room which was nicely decorated as well. I love how these rooms were decorated. I was a little nervous when we entered the lobby to check in. It was a little shabby and located on a small alley street. They did have access to a gym around the corner. This was an excellent amenity. Just know the gym does not open until quite late on the weekends. The tube station is extremely close. There is nothing else really in this area to see but with the tube so close by it wasn’t a big deal.

Very calm and cozy. Room with loads of natural light Bar fully stocked with lots of great products, the room had everything we needed (adapters for our devices, hairdryer, snacks for when you get hungry late at night etc.) Well situated within 10 minutes walk of liverpool street station and also coaches going directly to the center (nice bus hop to tottenham court road and then walking distance to covent garden etc.).

There was water dripping out of the shower cabin. This left the floor always wet and we had to put towels on the floor to avoid slipping. the lights in the corridors are a bit dim and dark, even with the neon.

What a fantastic place to stay! Shoreditch is the best location in London, so central and vibrant. The Redchurch Townhouse is right in the middle of it. Super staff, really helpful and a very quiet location in the middle of the most vibrant part of London. A must!

Friendly and communicative staff. Service minded. Nice with sparkling water at arrival and departure. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good and the interior is nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the duvet was thick instead of a thin sheet. The shower has the best pressure and space. Our room was on the 3rd floor which was lovely. The towels are of quality and very comfortable. The room was clean. Very good value for money here and I would definitely stay again!

The only thing I could say is that we felt very unsure about what is included in the room and what is not. That was mainly due to the reviews. However, we had no issues at checkout. The only thing we used was the hand wash and nothing else in the room as we did not want to get an unpleasant surprise at checkout. Also the shower door is not completely secured so there was a lot of spilling with water when taking a shower.

Well-decorated / Well-furnished room with a nice cosy atmosphere and a nice view. Everything you need should you choose to stay indoor. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Shoreditch.

Some noises coming from the AC. Very dry air. Breakfast is optional (I would recommend to take it at the Boundary Hotel next to it).

The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, and every accessory you could ever wish for . My wife loved all of the little facial creams. The earplugs and a little wooden shaver and a little wooden comb. The hotel is in a very cool location of Shoreditch (don’t be put off by graffiti). Staff are very fitting to the area. Very cool, casual and very friendly. This hotel is going to be our new home in London.
