It's great to find a triple room where the third person can also sleep on a real bed, not on a foldable sofa bed. Also the location is great, staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and fresh, rooms very quiet, breakfast very nice and there were lots of small nice touches.

So much spam before and after the booking! I've gotten at least a dozen e-mails and even an SMS from the hotel wanting me to check in online, check out online, insert my data online, rate them online, then reminders to do all of this urgently, because the time is running out etc... Less pestering the clients, please, and maybe for this price don't ask the clients to do all the work for you. Coffee at breakfast was also rather horrible and the machine had problems 4 mornings in a row. The triple room had only one chair, so this wasn't really ideal. Also being able to open a window in the room would be lovely. But these are minor details, the overall stay was lovely.

The location is excellent, with good access to public transport and abundant options for dining in the vicinity. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent.

The hotel is clearly part of a trend of increasingly automated hotels-- check-in and check-out are online (although there are staff who are there to assist). And that's fine, but the technology can be made to work a bit more smoothly: in the online check-in process, we signed up for and paid for extra-late checkout (3pm) on the last day, but I still got an email on the last day inviting us to check out by 11. We ignored it, of course, but then when we returned from a late lunch to pack our things and check out, we were locked out of our room and had to get the assistance of the staff to get back in-- the "computer" apparently expected us to already be gone.

Very easy check-in, very welcoming and helpful staff. Everything done fast and easy! Clean room, with plenty of amenities, extra water and cookies and easy-access WiFi. Since my stay was sort of "emergency", I did not have a time to enjoy breakfast or gym, But it is definitely a good and reasonably priced (for London) night stay.

Could not figure out how the air-conditioning works. Despite of raising/changing temperatures on the panel, the only effect I got was constant cool air blow. Ended up with switching it off and that kept the room temperature at acceptable level.

Very nice lobby decor, felt cosy and modern at the same time. The surrounding area is nice too, with a few nice places just in front where you can grab breakfast or coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Triple room was much smaller than the one pictured in the listing. We barely had spare space on the floor to open a single cabin luggage. The check-in/check-out machines in the lobby look modern but they take away from the hospitality experience, it almost felt like I am at a supermarket. The staff was very courteus but ultimately failed to provide me with a business invoice even though I gave them a heads-up on arrival - the person at the reception didn't know their way around the system and could only issue an invoice on my name as a private individual, which doesn't work for accounting purposes in my country.

The location is fantastic- in the heart of Shoreditch and five minutes from the tube. Two stops from Euston. The reception staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The two male receptionists who checked us in were professional but really friendly and came to chat to us in the restaurant- recommending wine and places to see. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel worldwide. The chef cooked our eggs to order and the selection was outstanding. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was better than we were initially expecting. The rooms were clean and very modern, I enjoyed every bit of the stay. The check-in and check-out went seamlessly well and hence was then hassle-free. Would recommend this to family and friends. I will be back

There's nothing I can really say I didn't like rather than from time to time there is some noise from people running down the corridor but that's about it.

Very good location to all the sites and tours and museums, love the area with an awesome Asian inspired mini market less then 3 mins away for some great snacks and having Nanado’s right across the street was great. The hotel was clean and organized. The staff were amazing helpful. Special thanks to Louise the night clerk who helped us with great directions to see the palace. She was super helpful and friendly! We will be booking again here for sure Xoxo ❤️

The design and the rooms, the staff were amazing, especially Gabriella she made our stay amazing from start to finish! She went over and beyond for us.

The location the surrounding area was unsafe and somebody looking very dodgy stopped us and looked very intimidating. There were also police signs in the area warning us of robberies which is why we were already vigilant. At night there were also gangs of youths stood around looking very intimidating and dodgy

Lovely clean room, plenty of space for me as a solo traveller. Great room facilities and the location is just a couple of minutes' walk from Old Street station so everywhere is easily accessible. The staff were absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile to accommodate a special request for an extra quiet room as I was staying away from my new baby for the first time and desperate for a good night's sleep! Wouldn't hesitate to return and I'm very happy to recommend the hotel to others.
