The location is excellent, across the street from a tube station, many cafes and restaurants around. The Singaporean restaurant in the hotel is excellent. The staff was ery attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped the atmosphere is pleasant.

Beware of the smallest room the hotel offers, called the cosy room. It is not cosy but tiny, especially for a couple. The bed is smaller than queen and is set against the wall so if you are two, one of you has to climb in from the end of the bed. No bedside commode on either side and a tiny wash basin. Might be OK for a single person but definitely not for a couple. We stayed there one inconvenient night, then upgraded for 4 more night for the classic room, which was perfect.

The room was really nice, comfortable and spacious. Which is rare for London. And the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast was OK, but understaffed and long queues to access the breakfast lounge every morning.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is extremely elegant and comfortable.

The room and hotel seemed so elegant and full of thoughtful details, I was surprised that i couldn’t get a cappuccino at breakfast. And I would have loved to have been able to order eggs - poached - rather than the scrambled or fried from the buffet. However, even as I type this, I realise how petty it sounds as we had a magnificent stay here, thank you

We stayed for 13 nights and this hotel was fabulous, all of the staff we encountered were brilliant from the moment we arrived with all our luggage, to check in, bar and restaurant service. The room was a good size/layout, we managed to lay out two large suitcases and two carry ons and still plenty of space. We were on the fifth floor, decor was lovely in our room, , yes you get a bit of street noise but nothing too distracting. We liked how fresh water bottles.were provided daily. Bathroom was lovely and spacious. Location is tbe best, three tube lines at the station across the street which get you pretty much anywhere you need to go, and we also did the hop on off bus which has a stop right outside the station. Plenty of places to eat in the immediate area. Our faves were The Steakhouse on the corner behind the hotel and Ask Italian just inside the mall opposite Waitrose. Would we stay again - absolutely!

Bed was quiite a bit smaller than what we are used to and i found it quite hard but that is always a personal preference. Hair dryer - pretty pitiful especially for someone like my wife with longer hair, they could do with an upgrade.

Location, comfortable clean room, helpful stuff. The Hotel is right across the metro station and a bus stop and less than 10 minutes walking to museum area and about 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. We had a corner room looking the metro station which was awesome cause our toddler just sit and watch the people walking and eat by the window. Room is clean with a kettle, tea, coffee available if you want. we didn’t get breakfast but when you cross the street there is Paul with tasty sandwiches and some other places.

There are 6-7 steps to get to the Hotel no ramps or nothing. it is pretty hard with a stroller. There is going to be a big construction starting soon right across the Hotel. we were there on March 2023 and the building was empty and they were going to take it down which was at least 20 levels. So when they start it might be noisy.

Exceptional cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained. Prime location: Convenient and safe, making it perfect for travelers. Outstanding staff: Highly cooperative and responsive, both via email and in person. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I look forward to staying with you again!

Small deluxe room size: The room felt a bit too compact for comfort, which might not suit guests who prioritize spacious accommodations. That being said, the excellent service and other aspects of the property made up for it, and I would still recommend your hotel.

The breakfast was good but very few healthy options , all the puff pastry not my favourite. I would have wanted more cooked food and more options of cooked food , more vegetables , less oily , beans but not in tomatoes sauce , felt very sweet from all the canned sugars. It was a variety indeed but eating the same things x5 days in a raw with limited choices is not my ideal breakfast . I am being honest and hopefully my feedback will be regarded constructively as this is how it’s meant to be.

Better breakfast choices , more cooked versions , more variety . Room was good , clean , spacious , I liked it. It felt cold during the night , the windows felt drafty and possibly not a good insulation on the outside .

Bailey's is a neat and lovely hotel in a fantastic neighborhood, just a few steps from a tube station. It is a direct shot from Heathrow on the tube. The staff was wonderful--friendly, helpful and going out of their way to help. We were upgraded to a suite which was truly one of the most comfortable and lovely hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The decor was great, and the room comes well-equipped for making excellent coffee and tea. Great WiFi and it was very simple to connect our phones to the TV to play music and videos.

The room was very dark. There are lots of lamps but many of them seem to have purposefully soft bulbs and/or cant be aimed where you need them. We had a lovely writing desk in our room but the lighting by the desk was so poor it was almost unusable. Also there is a makeup mirror in the bathroom that needs a light! Additionally, there was a large screen TV right at the foot of our bed that my husband kept kicking all night, and there's no way to move it. I don't think it is necessary to have a TV right in the bed (there were two other TVs in the suite!) and would remove that one. Finally, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, which can make the room quite humid.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a closet and space across to store clothes for a 4 night 5 day stay was also very thoughtful The staff was very helpful in directions and helping in information to sending packages as well. We had breakfast on the day we checked out and the Ethiopian lady in the restaurant was really hospitable and friendly too. The hotel is located close to the tube so, long distance travel was convenient too.

The hand wash sink was too slow in draining so it was very difficult to wash our hands as we had to wait turns to let the water drain before the next person could wash their hands.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location was fantastic. Great surrounding neighbourhood with certain sights l within walking distance. The Gloucester tube station is right opposite the hotel and lots of coffee shops around as well. Plus their bar served some lovely pub food and great cocktails.

Feel that the breakfast staff did not match the rest of the hotels staff. They were disgruntled and annoyed every day we had breakfast and my tea was always brought after I’d finished my meal. Secondly, why have a fridge if there is nothing in it. Serves no purpose at all. If I wanted to stock up my rooms fridge, I would have stayed at a BnB!! These two negatives fail to make this a five star establishment I’m afraid. Great but not quite up to being fantastic!
