The service is exceptional, as is the location and the beautiful rooms. The restaurant is always full of interesting people and the food is great. My kids were treated so well, as was my well behaved dog. I'm booking again very soon.

The hotel is fantastic from all points of view - the location is perfect, the premises are well organized, excellent and renovated, and the interiors are attractive, original, comfortable and friendly. The personal is great! The room layout and the quality of materials are very nice. The room is quiet, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The reception, restaurant, and service teams are really incredible! I think I have found a new location for all my future trips to London. I definitely highly recommend the hotel.

Everything ! Perfectly located in vibrant Soho and close to all the major areas in central London. Clean, spacious and although in the middle of Soho, yet the rooms are quite and well insulated. Housekeeping is amazing and very friendly, and the reception is extremely helpful! Always checking on us if we need anything and providing us with cutlery when we order food. They also brought us Water Hose when requested.. they just go above and beyond to make us happy all the time.

Nothing! We loved this hotel and it has surely became our go to when visiting London. My room didn’t have a view, but considering the location I understand it.

Great staff , beautifully presented decor , lovely room . Breakfast actually cooked for you ….no disappointing breakfast buffet that most other hotels seem to do nowadays with those awful toast machines ( that never toast properly ) and dishes of watery scrambled eggs & bacon etc .

Apart from piped music in the bar ( I hate piped music anywhere ) , nothing to dislike

Everything. We stayed for our 42nd wedding anniversary so booked a really good room. We were given a free upgrade to a penthouse suite which was simply stunning. Additional chocolates on both nights too. Every single member of staff was attentive, interested and engaging. The customer service was outstanding. We’ll definitely return on a future trip. Thanks folks, you were amazing.

Our stay at the Soho Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The room was at the back end of the hotel so it was very quiet at night. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff was attentive, friendly and ready to deliver any need. The concierge went so far to hail a taxi while we waited comfortably inside the hotel. Overall, an immaculate job!

Everything was just great. Superb service, sweet staff and excellent breakfast options. I loved it all. Plus it's a fun place to be. So creative and interesting. It's like living in an art gallery. You could spend the entire day in the hotel and not feel sorry about it. The location could not be better. Even if it's Soho, we could sleep really well as there was no noise coming up from the streets.

There is nothing not to like about this gem.

Beautiful hotel with everything you dream about. Every room like Libary and others are perfectly decorated. Our apartment was lovely, I could stay there all days… Breakfast fantastic, bar open till midnight… Very close to China town and close to all buses and Underground.

Surroundings of the hotel was a bit rough , very busy at weekends, lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Everything ! Super comfortable beds !! ( as every so called 5 stars should have ) Amazing pillows and duvet too .. Super toiletries products and none of cheap big branded chemical of the other chains ! Super Cordial staff .. Very helping concierge . Super size rooms Very quick room service !

Breakfast service and kitchen were inconsistent- 3 days and 3 different variants of the same meal - it was hard to get what I asked for - comparing to other departments breakfast was the weakest. However I loved it anyway, it was delicious!
