I had a 23 hour layover in London, and was planning to be in the area, so this hostel was a good, inexpensive option. Front desk staff were super friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's conveniently located about a 12 min walk from the Canada Water tube station.

I would've liked to see more room to put your stuff, especially when using the bathroom. Bathrooms are shared, but still, you need a hook or something to hang your towel, or a place to put your change of clothes when you shower. I had to put my clothes on top of the toilet seat cover and place my toiletry kit on top of the toilet paper dispenser. The water pressure in the shower was weak and it took forever to shower because the water was just like a spray. Also, halfway through my shower, the light turned off and I had to shower in the dark.

We booked a 3 Bed Room with attached bath, and it comprised of a bunked bed, with single bed upstairs. The rooms were reasonable sized, clean and quiet at night. Plenty of Amenities like shared kitchen, Bar and games etc. The Location was very easy to find and the river Thames is just a few yards away. It was very cheap for London, that is the biggest advantage.

Overall the experience was good, but two things -shared kitchen was small and crowded, and needed a little more ventilation -blanket for double bed felt a little small for two people.

I traveled with four children on my own so, security and safety was my utmost priority. So I found it so secure. Just few minutes away from Rotgerhidth and Canada water underground. Most of the buses go direct to central london and other location without change. Spacious room for our family of 6 with private toilets. Very economical particularly in early January. Each and every thing was lovely and enjoyable. Staff was so so good and polite. 24 hours reception. Affordable Breakfast. Not noisy at all due to may be sound proof walls. Very clean self catering kitchen. Our room window has Canary waft view as well on a side. Outside roads also look safe as I always arrived late in the evenings. Found a pub also near by.

There is only one stool in the room to sit. And one hanging rail for coats for 6 people. There were 4-5 cloth hangers on the stand though. That could have increased but was not a serious issue. A quiet area, i am not sure if there is any grocery shop in vicinity, as I didn’t came across.

The Location is the best for someone who wants to discover the BIG London. It is close and accessible to multiple transportation options, in a quiet and safe area, and a clean and well-equipped hostel.

Checkin was so bad for two reasons: The man in the reception wasn't treating people kindly, with a strict face and fast delivering the instructions without caring whether you understood him or not. The second thing was the checking/out timing were so bad so if you arrived like me at 12:00 pm tied of flights you had to wait till 3 pm which is frustrating ( I understand the cleaning process) but a big project requires a big staff, in addition to that, was the check out at 10:00 am while most tourists spend late nights in the amazing london.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in London, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Additionally, I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own breakfast as well. This flexibility was a nice touch and added to my overall enjoyment of the stay. Finally, considering the prices in London, I found this accommodation to be quite affordable for its quality and location. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London!

Room was very clean, standard YHA style. beds are very comfy. remember to have your photo id for all memebers who are 16 years old or over for check in. safe and secure. self catering room are well equiped but a bit small, only three tables to sit down but it is London so it is understandable. nice location, close drive to shops. Mayflower park nearby and we spent half a day there with the kids. very good value for money. easy check in and check out. We would come back again in the future.

Small self catering sit in space but we did not had any problems, it was not so busy when we were there, Fridge is quite full when we arrived.

I stayed with my family for just one night and we especially liked the position of the place. It was a just 10 minutes walk to the underground and from there just two stops to reach the O2 Arena. We appreciated the staff, they were very warm and friendly. We arrived before the check in and we had the possibility to leave our luggage at their store. We felt safe there, our room was spacious and clean.

The room unfortunately had a little unpleasant smell due to the carpet probably, but apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Fairly good location . It felt safe. Pub over the road is nice but pricey. Breakfast was ok but most cooked items were cold .

All seemed a bit worn out.. needs a lick of paint and some atmosphere .

I had a great short stay. Facilities were in general new and very clean. Staff was also very kind and attentive. Room was very spacious and there were plenty of lockers. Plugs and light on the bed worked fine. I loved that we had a self catering kitchen and two options for breakfast (hot and continental). As well as a café and lounge. Location was great too. Very convenient next to bus stops and close to two subway stations. Room was female shared. I believe 8 beds but we had two sets of toilets and showers en-suite. No issues. It was easy to share.

Shower and toilet are not so new and probably will need some maintenance soon. But beds, lockers, plugs, bed light were all fine and working.

Its close location to the city’s main tourist attractions. Just 18 mins with a bus, and the bus stop is just a stone throw away from the hotel. The room is big, for 6 persons. And clean, and smell free which is important! And the easy access for keeping the luggage even after checking out, make it a plus point for travelers. Overall great stay with the YHA and will come back here again for a value for money alternative to stay.

Nothing, really. Just to make it better service, please complete it with soap & shampoo in the bathroom.
