Ideal location 5 - 10 minute walk from the Train Station and 5 - 10 minutes from the Apartment to the City Centre. The apartment had everything we needed, nice to have your own Lounge with TV and Sofa, the Kitchen was well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and Dishwasher. Washing up Liquid, Sponge, Dishwasher tablet and tea towels supplied.

We stayed for 3 nights and the Apartment wasn't serviced ie bins emptied, replacement of tea/coffee. The mattress wasn't that comfortable, you could feel the springs and when you sat onitsha you could feel the top of the bed frame. This was the only thing that let the Wellington Apartment down which was the only downside. Having said that it wouldn't stop me staying there again.

Location was execellent, 24h reception and code to enter building made it very convenient. Apartment was bigger than expected and had everything we needed, found it quite comfy for a couple of days. It was cold when we got there but the electric radiators worked really well and it heated up in no time. Staff at reception were very friendly and we were told to ask for anything we needed at any time.

We knew there were no parking facilities when making the booking so not complaining about it, but we found prices in Norwich for play and display and private car parks quite expensive! Other than that, only 2 minor things... TV had sound but no images, maybe a faulty cable; and hot water in shower was warm but no super hot. Not very significant really. Overall I thought it was great value for money, I would go back.

It had everything anyone would ever need, shampoo conditioner, body wash etc. Washing machine, kitchen utensils pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. You could live here with the amount of amenities they provide. Close to local businesses like takeaways, corner shops (tesco express), and bars for us. Good that we could leave our luggage there after we checked out for free. Loved the back entrance that took you straight out onto prince of wales road.

Even with the windows closed, location was very loud as it backs on to the strip of clubs. Also loud with families and large groups staying in the apartment. No one cleaned or serviced the apartment, would be good to have more tea and coffee and milk topped up daily, possibly oil to cook with, and more than one tea towel. More wardrobe space needed or even more than 6 coat hangers, more like 10/15, i’m petite at 5’3 and couldn’t reach the top shelf of the wardrobe.

The staff were so lovely, the apartment was clean and tidy, had some cooking utensils which was great. We were also grateful for the table and chairs that were in the room so we could eat at the table. It also had a great sofa as part of the apartment and a good flat screen TV. We could come and go as we liked, and felt safe because the external doors are all key coded to enter. The apartments are tucked behind a busy street but you hear none of the noise and it's within walking distance from city centre.

I have nothing to complain about. We have stayed here before and weren't disappointed last time either.

Spacious accommodation and central location. Also dog-friendly. Good base for exploring Norwich. Despite some negative reviews about noise from local clubs, we didn't experience any problems. Fan was helpful in keeping room cool without opening windows. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception before 3pm and delighted that it was transferred to our 2nd floor room without a request. Handy having a Tesco Express nearby.

Swivel windows looked a bit dangerous as they didn't seem to have a limiting device. Would need care with children or pets. TV remote was a bit clunky - new batteries required? These are minor things, we enjoyed our stay. The general location (Prince of Wales Rd) is sadly rather run down, but this is not the fault of the owners who keep their premises tidy.

I like to very much the location was very close to the cathedral and to anywhere to visit in Norwich very quiet and nice size apartment. You had everything you need at the apartment. People at reception were friendly welcoming.

The pillows were slightly old and not very comfortable Quite flat , and the mattress Was not very comfortable. But not so bad for just three days the apartment was clean, but it could do with a better cleaning as there was stains on the sofa and the cutlery was not very clean and so was the plates and glassware. The bathroom was very nice.

This is a great location. The airport bus drops you off right outside. You can walk into the center of naples, there is an underpass to get you across the main road, plus the train stop is rightoutside too. extra bonus was the boat to our next destination was next door. the breakfast was great, lots of options.

There was a heatwave at the time, so it would have been nice to have a more powerful fan from the aircon to help you cool off quicker when you got to your room. but this was not really that much of a problem because the aircon itself was fine and appreciated in the heat.

Very modern interior and spotlessly clean. A tidy dedicated area outdoors for smoking or chilling out. The desk is manned 24 hours, which is reassuring in case of problems (which we never encountered). Considering they are pretty much in the middle of the city, it was really quiet. Ideal place to stay if you are clubbing down the Prince of Wales road, it's a short walk from Popworld and the train station.

Everything was great, but if you have limited mobility, you should ask for a ground level apartment, as there are a lot of stairs and no lift. There is wheelchair access to enter the apartments, though. The only thing I could comment on 😊

Nice staff, very clean accommodation, nice location that is very close to the city centre, pubs, major shops and stores, train station and bus station in case you're coming from outside the city and it's very easy to locate. Their instructions were pretty clear. It's a place I'll recommend to anyone any time any day. My priority was overall cleanliness and comfort and I'll give them 96% for that. I enjoyed my stay.

Maybe the WiFi, I feel it's not a high speed type. I struggled to stream a live game. Maybe it's from my App though.

The location was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the main clubs and bars and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. I saw a few staff members and they was all super friendly, helpful and talkative! I love that someone is on the reception desk 24/7 due to us coming back in the early hours of the morning, it made me and my friend feel safe. The apartment was absolutely spotless and so so clean. Lovely toiletries left in the bathroom and plenty of tea, coffees, decaf and hot chocolate options in the kitchen. Very easy check in and check out. The whole building is very clean throughout. The view from our room was overlooking the outside garden which was a nice view. The TV had Netflix, YouTube, and some channels. When we entered the door in the early hours of the morning, we put the door code in and then the door shut behind us which made us feel safe and then being welcomed back by the receptionist was a bonus. Plus the apartment we stayed in was very good value for money. Very, very happy with our stay. We are already planning on coming to Norwich again for the weekend and we already know where we will be staying 🤩 Thank you for making our trip even better.
