One of the staff members was really great with the kids, offered sweets and colouring for them to do and interacted with them in a sweet manner.

We got sent to the wrong room to begin with. We were trying to get in a room that had children in which was really awkward and must have been scary for them. When we went to reception there was no apology just try to blame bad writing but it wasn't because it was said verbally too. I'm aware accidents happen it was more the trying to brush over it and no apology I didn't like. Also would have loved some mushrooms on breakfast. As a vegetarian I could only have eggs, beans and hash browns. Was tasty enough though.

Welcoming, efficient staff Room was airy and clean. Tea & coffee facilities and fluffy, white towels. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a restful sleep. When we returned to the hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning, the night staff were more than happy for us to stay in the reception area for a good hour just chatting. Next morning, after a hot shower, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast, with a great selection of drinks and food. Check out was smooth and uncomplicated.

Staff have been amazing Natasha and Tina. We missed breakfast and they spontaneously made me breakfast and the kids. My kids also saw rabbits along to the hotel which was adventurous for all of us

Comfortable room with comfy bed and good shower. The breakfast is a bit more limited than in the past but they were able to provide me with gluten free toast on request which is much appreciated.

I was not expecting to pay a car parking charge. This has been recently introduced and does not seem to be mentioned anywhere. We have stayed here many times and quire recently too but there has been no charge for parking before now.

The breakfast was very good but would have been better if there was some variation …having the same choices for 6 days was ok but some variety would have been appreciated

It would have been appreciated if there was an ice filling station for guests to get their ice. I stayed for 6 days and it was a bit uncomfortable to be continually asking the staff for a glass of ice even they were always very accommodating.

The breakfast was not too bad. But the bed is very comfy and it made us very easy to go asleep. There were quite a lot of parking spaces on site. Quite a lot pubs, restaurants and take-away shops nearby.

There were two pringle crisp crumbs on the floor in the bathroom before we entered it. It seemed not very sanitary... The parking cost 5 pounds for a night. I hope it can be free next time when I rebook the same location.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful . The food was good, well cooked and nicely presented. The room was clean with one chair.

The bedroom didn't have a desk for anyone who needed to work. The combined bathroom and toilet door may save space and cost, however, it presents a problem for people who need to use the toilet during the night. It would be helpful if the bathroom had a low light option for night use.

The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was also excellent. The room was clean and well equipped. I particularly liked the chair next to the table, a really comfortable chair.

We did struggle to get the air conditioning in the room to blow out hear - there was no instructions on how to use it and, eventually, we pressed the settings to get got air into a cool room on a cold night outside.

Lift not working so had to carry our suitcase up 2 flights of stairs Parking was not good as two lone women arriving at night and going to various places and arriving back in the dark we had to park quite a distance from the hotel we saw quite a few people using the car park going into the David Lloyd gym and not the hotel but the floor said hotel parking that really put us off as we didn’t feel safe

Your accommodation were quite pleasant. The staff's helpfulness truly enhances any stay. Such positive experiences make a trip much more enjoyable. Creating comfortable and supportive environments is always appreciated. Only one thing didn't was advertised on Booking.com the 5£ per day parking charge.
