The receptionist/s is/are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were good enough for the price paid. Location was also good as it is near to the hospital which makes it less hassle for me to travel for work, almost 10mins drive for Uber and there's a bus stop nearby :)

The first time I stayed in this hotel, my room smelled like cigarettes. Kinda made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned enough. I didn't experience the same thing though when I booked the second time so I'm glad :)

We arrived early and left our luggage before checking in later in the evening. Receptionist was very polite and sorted us out promptly. Room was compact but had everything we needed (including a fridge with freezer - very helpful in the hot weather for cold drinks). Bed was exceptional and plenty of hot water in the shower. Towels changed daily and our bed was changed after 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Breakfast was adequate, no self service but you did pick off a menu. The location is out of central London (hence the price) but it is really easy to get a bus to the nearest underground station and then use the network to get about.

Most of the staff are lovely, especially the Reception staff....sorry I didn't get names. The waitress in the breakfast room could do with some training in manners. There was one couple there who were either Spanish or Italian and she spent ages chatting to them every morning, as soon as they come in she was straight over to their table but couldn't even acknowledge anyone else in the room when they came in!

The room was very well clean, its in a good location for public transportation. The staff was very nice.

The beds are a bit too soft, for me that was something bad. Might not be for other people.

The staff were very friendly, and helped us to arrange a taxi to go out. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The family room was very spacious and the double was cosy but not at all too small. You needed to be buzzed in at the front door and then buzzed through to the rooms. Each room had it's own lock with a key. The carpark was secure and easy to access, you need to call reception or pop in and ask them to open the gate when you first arrive. (£10 a day). Our package didn't include breakfast but we were able to pay for it on the day and had a choice of fried breakfast, pancakes and a selection of toasties. Two of us had fried breakfasts and two had toasties. It was all very nice and reasonably priced. The coffee was nice and there was fresh juice. At reception there was a drinks fridge.

Lovely little hotel, exceeded our expectations, the lady running the reception was very helpful, friendly and welcoming, she upgraded our room on arrival without us asking or expecting her to, the room we had was clean spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay (we went to see PINK in concert) location was ideal and we had a lovely full English in the morning, what more could you ask for, would definitely recommend.

Very nice people starting at reception point, ending up with ladies from kitchen. 24x7 reception service. Breakfast is set from menu and was above the expectation. Close to Victoria line station approx.1,5km far from the hotel. Hotel was just enough to sleep and start the day.

Hotel is situated on the corner of busy street, morning and traffic lights creates noisy alarm during business week. However, my son didnt notice, maybe it depends... Please remember this part of Walthamstow is cheaper suburb with all cons. Beds were short for me, as I am 186 cm long (it appeared to me the beds had only 190cm in length).

The location isn’t the best if you are aiming to visit Central London. However, there are good transport options and Victoria line is just 4 bus stops from the hotel (bus 58 and 158). I didn’t try the breakfast but all the facilities were ok and the staff were extremely nice. The free wifi service worked smoothly as well. The area is quiet so don’t bother to ask for a quiet room; all of them are.

Definitely, the mattress wasn’t exactly the newest one. That is something they should improve.

This is a small hotel in Walthamstow. It is Victorian. It has had a recent update. The rooms are pleasant. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from St James Street Overground Station. It is about 14 minutes to Liverpool Street Station. There are frequent buses to Walthamstow Central(158). The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Near to St James Street station are a number of cafes. The cost is very economical.

No problem with the hotel, but you would need to consider the location. It is not in central London, but the transport links are excellent.

The car park is both gated and secured so I had peace of mind. Room was very clean and bed was very comfy and a great breakfast. Day staff were very friendly and helpful.

I arrived very late after a very long day and to my disappointment I was asked to pay a £10 parking fee (perhaps i missed this in the small print) . However, the car park is both gated and secured so I had peace of mind. The shower was a bit weak but that could be due to demand at the time i used it and the wifi signal was poorer in the morning, Overall I thought the price was a little high, more than a Travelodge, but day staff were exceptional. Have booked to stay again. Thank you.
