This is a clean comfortable hotel in a safe location that represents a great value in a good location. They have plenty of free secure parking and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for these attributes.

Probably because it is an extended stay concept you will not get things like in-room coffee, shampoo, plates and glasses (despite having a kitchen), etc. But if you bring your own for a longer stay you'll have absolutely everything you need and the pluses significantly outway these minor issues.

Very clean, very friendly & informative at check in. Great location. Alameda is stunning. Feels like you're in Marin. I felt completely safe. I paid a very low price and expected the worse. I actually was pleasantly surprised. I like the fact that the room was empty & I had to request& pay more for extras. This was perfect for my stay.

No ice machines. There was a fridge with freezer that had ice trays however they were empty upon arrival.

We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

I’m not crazy about being video taped upon check-in or check out. It feels like a breach of privacy. I do not enjoy being photographed.

That the front desk could have been friendly. Not greeted like she should have. Could have had a positive vibe. Not all guests are the same.

Fantastic location - within a mile of where we wanted to be. Comfy bed and spacious overall. Clean all around. I loved that the harbor was really close. Target and Safeway are super close, as well as places to eat. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

Refrigerator was really loud when it ran. When we arrived, the TV was broken from the stand. The shower head was not secured to the wall fitting and needed to be tightened. I was a little disappointed that we had to order dishes, silverware, coffee maker, but with the current Covid climate, it’s understandable. Also, the breakfast bar was really sparse, and the coffee one morning, was tepid. At 6:30 am. It looked to be a day old as well.

Room was very quiet. Never heard neighbors. Have 2 dogs. Room location was perfect to get dogs outside to do their business. Great view of the Marina. Nice walking path along Marina. Excellent restaurant on path.

I had booked a king size bed. When I arrived at 6pm the room with a king bed had not been cleaned. Had to take a room with double beds instead.

Location was very nice, enjoy our stay. Friendly staff very helpful. I will recommend Extended Stay America to friends and family.

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

It would be better if coffee makers were left in rooms. You have to ask for it and all kitchen supplies at front desk. You can get coffee in lobby from 6:00 to 9:30 am. There is soap in bathroom but not shampoo.

The place was neat and clean..

The shower was slow and the flush was too strong that I feel like I will be suck in.

I liked the coffee and I made my own breakfast.
