We are a family of 4 and were in San Francisco for 5 nights - this hotel is amazing! I'm so glad I found it! It exceeded our expectations - it was so comfortable! We had a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need - dish soap, sponges, dishwasher and soap, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We bought food for breakfasts and some dinners and it was SO convenient. The hotel so many amenities - free laundry (including detergent), free popcorn and hot cocoa and dvds for movie night and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location - only a few blocks from Union Square on a fairly quiet street. We felt very safe the whole time and didn't have any problems. There is also a rental car place one street over if you want to rent a car for a day trip to Muir Woods, etc. We walked everywhere and only used the rental car for a day trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

property was clean and bright,staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. we had a one bedroom suite. very comfortable bed and nice comfortable layout. big bonus having a kitchen( no oven… just a microwave). also has a free laundry area which was a big bonus because we stayed a whole week.

parking was expensive… ( off site about a block away.. $50 day).. valet only) but seems the going rate in SF. no ATM on-site, therefore be prepared to have cash on hand. closest ATM is about 10-15 walk down and uphill.closest cafe shop was a few blocks away. they do have a coffee brewer in room. Area coming in looked sketchy, however the hotel at itself was ok. area seemed safe as long as you avoided the “tenderloin” area.

Well partitioned layout of the apartment, which gives enough room for a family - despite the fact that there's just one bedroom and a sleeping couch. Small, but well equipped kitchen - but no stove, just a microwave. Good downtown location, with public transport all around.

Parking was not included, which was evident from the description. But that the hotel doesn't provide parking at all was not clear enough! (There is a valet garage one block up the street, though.)

The big grand foyer and entrance The spacious and clean rooms. Room had everything. Good spot, away from the bad part of the city Close to nice restaurants- Japanese, Mexican, American etc If you like to walk around, you can walk everywhere from here... we walked to Fisherman wharf and close to golden gate bridge where we hired bikes.

After checking in, we were introduced to a guy at another desk. He gave us some tips on where to eat and avoid. This part was great, however at the end he offered us the option to attend a presentation to receive a small gift (timeshare?). We politely said no. Bit awkward!

Well located (easy walk to Union Square) hotel which is spotlessly clean. Suite was large and well equipped so perfect for our 3 night stay as we could prepare simple breakfasts and dinners "in-house".

The insistence on attending a time-share presentation and obligatory sales pitch was an annoyance but to be fair, the staff charged with running this were pleasant and did not push the point when it was obvious we were not interested. Just be aware that this is a time share facility so if you are not a member you will be subjected to a sales pitch.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at the hotel. Despite booking 3 days online, the hotel was flexible and accommodating, allowing me to adjust to a 2-day stay. They provided early check-in, late check-out, and even a free extra bed, which made my stay extremely convenient. The gym and entertainment facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the hotel's prime location, just a few minutes walk from Union Square, made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Overall, the hotel's exceptional service and facilities contributed to a memorable stay in San Francisco.

There was no stovetop in the apartment.

The location is near to union square. The staff especially Joe is very efficient. The concierge staff was also able to provide good information about the vinicity.

I was charged a few times on my debit card the deposit of USD250 for the 2 rooms I booked. The front desk officer Joe has helped to reverse the transactions. But it took a few days for the money to come back.

The room was spacious, clean and stocked with cups, plates, utensils and such. The area itself was quiet and we didn't get disturbed in the middle of the night by a bunch of noise. The game room was fun and available all day which was nice not having a curfew to enjoy it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lobby is beautiful. The bellhop team was amazing and very helpful when it came to unloading and loading our suitcase and items. The evening security was very nice and offered us popcorn and hot chocolate when where heading back to our room for the evening and that made my little son very happy.

The location was ok, but I was not aware of not having any parking for the hotel. We ended up having to use a parking garage that cost us 40$ per 24 hrs and had to circle around a few blocks to get to the front entrance of the hotel to pack our suitcases. There was a host there that will take you to their desk and offer a presentation to get your parking paid for and get a free gift which is nice for those who want to take their time to do something like that. Personally, I did not want to be bothered with it and wish they would pick up the social ques that I was getting annoyed since I just wanted to get to my room to relax and get dinner.

The lobby and the rooms were very nicely decorated and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we were provided with everything we needed 6 our stay. It was great to have a kitchen and kitchenware available to use (everything except a stove/oven). The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for breakfast only a few blocks away - we ate there every day and it was so good (and there was a discount for hotel guests).

The location was not too far from the major sights. Unfortunately we didnt realize until the end of our stay thay the cablecar stop was just 3 blocks away from the hotel. Right after we checked in, we were directed to the concierge who held us up for a little bit trying to get us to attend what I assume was a timeshare presentation. Fortunately, nobody asked us again during our stay. Also, we had an issue with our toilet and asked if someone could fix it on our way out, and when we returned to the room at the end of the day it had not been fixed. We ended up handling it ourselves because it was very late in the day.

Lovely staff and good sized room with excellent bathroom (fav). We were also treated to christmas carolers in the foyer with free nibbles + bubbles. The location was safe and secure with plenty to see and explore.

Our room backed onto other buildings, we couldn't keep our curtains open which made the room dark. Blinds would be much better. There was no big light in the room, only side lamps that made it difficult to find things at night. Maybe it's an ambiance choice?
