Room and acommodations were very clean and comfortable. The suite was perfect for our family visit to SF. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious in the adjoining hotel restaurant...Bota Tapas & Paella Bar. Located across from Theaters on Geary Street, many other sites are in walking distance: Union Square, the Warfield Theater, Cable Cars, Grace Cathedral...and beyond!

Walking down some of the adjacent streets felt sketchy. No fault of the hotel.

The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm & water pressure in the shower was good. Love that there was shower gel in the bathroom, an iron & ironing board, as well as a safe & mini fridge.

The room could have used with a paint job in some spots, the TV didn’t work & one of the pieces of wood comprising the pseudo cabinet underneath the sink fell off, so I had to put it back on.

Nestor on the front desk was exceptional.

It was a struggle to make the coffee machine work in our room

I LOVED the location! Union square is right down the street and so many food options. The staff was excellent! Super friendly and made sure I had anything I needed during my stay, to the employee who checked me in, you’re doing amazing! The room was super cute, a bit small but VERY comfortable. There was an adjustable light setting which I loved, the bathroom was very clean, towels smelled fresh, carpet didn’t feel dirty at all. The wardrobe is a very nice touch btw (: Was fairly quiet, I didn’t hear much while in my room. Will be staying here again(:

The only thing is you can’t let yourself into the building with just a key card like anywhere else. I get it, downtown is a hard place to be sometimes but I feel like that would be so much easier than having to wait for staff to unlock the door

Over from the UK and found the Warwick at a really reasonable price for 3 of us, we had a room with a bedroom and a living toom with sofa bed, so it was perfect for us. Some reviews paint a grim picture of the area, but we never felt unsafe at any point, we used uber to get back later at night after dark. The hotel itself is great, the staff were lovely, our room was great and as a nice touch they give you a glass of wine as a guest every day. The hotel is just off Union Square, and it's a 10-minute stroll to the Powell BART station. so easy for SFO airport, and there's also a cable car that goes to fisherman's wharf from Powell. We would stay again if in San Francisco

The location of the hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. Especially Çiğdem and Angelina helped me a lot. It was a good accommodation

Close enough to get to everything in a good amount of time, 1 glass of wine per adult per day at Happy Hour, wonderful and efficient staff, balcony to people watch and feel a bit of the weather before heading out

The fireplace is a barely-there flame that you only feel if you're immediately next to it, the lights came on without us turning them on (one causing a strobe light at 11:30 every night), and we found underwear in one of our lampshades

Love the location and specially the staff. It’s so near with the prime brands and restaurants. Would like to commend Charito of housekeeping head for smooth accommodating our special needs. She’s so lovely and very accommodating. I would also to commend the Hotel Manager Monique. She’s very lovely! Lov’n the travel tips she shared to us and most of all her lively greetings every time we meet. Would definitely be back!

Not about the property but the neighborhood. I hope the city government will address the homeless people. We felt uncomfortable with them but I pity their current situation. Hopefully, when we get back it will be resolved.

Selected venue for location in SF - sadly the location has deteriorated since our last visits. Hotel was very pleasant with lovely staff.

The location was in close distance from a parking garage and great variety of restaurants to choose from. Made our arrival stress free and easy to go out for a meal. The initial entry was beautiful and instantly a positive environment from the music to the concierge checking us in. Our room was exactly what you would want when traveling for a stressful medical appointment. It made me feel cozy and comfortable, helped me relax with my love before enduring a long day ahead of us. I fully recommend staying here. You will not regret this stay I promise you that. I wish we were able to try their restaurant, the menu looked delicious. Next time for sure because no doubt there will be a next time.

Lights in the bathroom can be (need to be) brighter and if you are taller than 5’2 you might have a smidge of an issue with the shower.
