The rooms were very clean, the beds were so comfortable & plenty of pillows for everyone. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful & accommodating. They offered a free shuttle to & from Graceland which was great. They also have a friendship with a restaurant a mile down the road that offered a ride to & from in a pink Cadillac limo. What a blast. Lastly the hotel breakfast was fantastic. Such delicious food & Miss Duffy was the best. She was such a a beautiful person to chat with & made sure we all had what we needed for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here when you come to town.

I always like a hot tub or sauna option but that did not change his I felt about staying there at all.

Spacious room with king size comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Everything was super clean. Breakfast very good with healthy options. Safe parking in the rear of the hotel. Walking distance to Graceland. Easy to get on the Memphis highway system to go see sights like National Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Marlowe’s - a well known BBQ restaurant - is also close by.

I usually go for a morning walk/run but I felt unsafe doing that because of the lack of sidewalks and the heavy traffic.

Set back from the road the property is relatively quiet most of the time. Standard rooms for a HIE hotel. Breakfast with reasonable choice, kept well stocked through the service period. Secure parking. Not far to Graceland, but hotel provides shuttle bus service to there (and return) and also to the airport.

Not much - but weirdly the airport noise was noticeable from Midnight onwards (engine thrust noise). Not that bad but something to be prepared for if you are a light sleeper. We turned off the aircon which would probably disguise the noise anyway.

I liked that the staff was very helpful. They gave me extra towels for my family and really made me feel welcomed

We saw a few roaches one by the juice where breakfast was being served and one in our room. The are was really bad but thankfully we were able to park behind a secured gate.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, pleasant and always smiling! The breakfast was great and the lady serving and cleaning was such a pleasure. As well as the gentleman that checked us in and out. ( sorry, bad with names but it’s easy to find out) housekeeping was really great as well. Didn’t come across ANYONE that was unpleasant.

The ONLY thing is carpeting needs replacement in some and maybe a good cleaning in other areas.

The front desk clerk was very professional and helpful and very friendly. She has a great attitude.

The toilet did not flush properly. The water pressure appeared to be low. My husband called the front desk to report the issue. He was told to come to the front desk and get a plunger. After my husband used the plunger, the toilet flushed very slowly.

Staff were brilliant, very friendly. Coffee and tea available in the reception/lounge area very useful and important when sitting with friends to discuss places to visit. Breakfast relaxed.

The room was clean enough, bed and bedding very clean. However, doors and the corners of the floors etc could have benefitted from a clean - there was a make-up brush under the bathroom sink and a long dark hair on the bathroom floor.

Breakfasts were wonderful. Ms. Duffy always greeted you with a smile and stopped for a brief conversation to ask how you were and if everything was good. The staff was pleasant. Rooms were fine and clean. Although, the rugs in rooms and halls had a bit of an odour. They were clean, but old. We were content with our stay.

There wasn't really anything to raise a complaint.

we have stayed at this hotel many times and always find the rooms clean, staff helpful and breakfast plentiful. The hotel is walking distance to Graceland and the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport and Graceland.

We noticed that the shuttle bus needs some attention, one of the seat belts is out of use and there is damage to the windscreen.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our stay was great. I have no complaints except with Booking. I booked with the third party for two deluxe suites with two queen beds and a pull out bed when I got there they only had standard rooms but since I booked with a third party (Booking.com) I still had to pay the higher rate. So, we had 9 people (4 teen boys) in 4 beds. 😕So, that wasn’t the fault of the hotel but was very disappointing and inconvenient. Oh and the breakfast was great!

The area seemed a little sketchy but they have secure parking that requires a key card to get in, so that was a plus. There was also a group of suited up police officers that came in to the hotel and asked the front desk what room so I don’t know what that was about.
