The Nam Hoa Hotel is situated in the centre of town with plenty of restaurants and bars etc immediatly outside we were given a rear room which was large, dual aspect and really quiet we loved the room, its quality furnature, bedding, linen and fixtures This is a high end room for not much more than budget price

The pool area has been fitted with a roof (strange) there is no outside space to sit the hotel doesnt flow and new building work is being undertaken when existing works still need finishing. Breakfast not great but overall good value we would definately recommend

Beds were comfortable and room was a good size. Location was on the main tourist street and many restaurants in walking distance. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic continental style plus eggs cooked to order. Pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it while we were there. Reception staff available to book excursions or transportation for you. Laundry service was prompt (same day).

There is a currently renovations ongoing on the main floor but doesn't affect the room comfort.

This is a real hotel, with real hotel facilities and services: daily Room cleaning, breakfast Buffett, a great pool. The beds are cofortable, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Both the recepcionists (Dinh and Hai) speak English, they were extremely helpful with my day to day planning. The ladies in the breakfast are Also very kind. I definitly had a great experience and totally recommend this hotel.

The room was big and clean, and has a balcony ( B407) and is very well situated in the centre. In the morning the market comes to life, which is next to the hotel, and it is a lovely way to wake up to a new day ( but that might not be a thing for everyone) We could use the bicycles from the hotel to move around and the receptionist was very helpful to get us a motorbike for two days and arranged a taxi to Noi Bai Airport which was a luxury car and a very smooth transfer. Breakfast was very good.

They are doing a serious restoration at the moment, so during the day there is a lot of drilling and noises. But luckily that’s in the A building of the hotel, in our room we had no problem with the noise. I am sure it’s going to be a great place to stay once they are done with all the works. What is bothering in the room is the sewer smell that comes and goes, most likely it has to do with the river behind the hotel. I

We were very happy with the hotel. It is in the main street, close to nice restaurants, shops, a spa, and a karaoke bus. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind and caring. We also appreciated that we could check in during the night because we arrived by night bus. A nice hotel with a great location — I would recommend it!

The pool was covered with a roof (but seems normal in Vietnam?), which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms with a/c and comfy beds. The family who runs the hotel is lovely and very helpful. About the location is the most convenient to stay in the area, many restaurants and massage spas around.

The room was very big with all the necessary equipment. The breakfast had good variety and the swimming pool was a great bonus after hot days. The location is great as the hotel is in the very centre and it is easy to get to all of the attractions.

the bathroom looked very different to the photos. The bathtub was wobbly. the cleanliness could have been better. There were some works done in the part of the corridor from the main lobby to the lift and it was very messy. Other than that I have no more comments.

Very nice staff. Convenient location. Even though the street can get noisy some times, the guest rooms are shielded from the noise by the common areas. Within cycling distance of most sightseeing spots. Free bicycle loan is a nice touch. My bike was in decent shape. Best breakfast I've had in Vietnam. Lots of different fresh fruit, noodles, eggs cooked on demand. My room was very spacious with high ceiling. It looked freshly renovated. In fact, it was truly a beautiful room. Huge, comfortable bed.

While the room looked fresh and pretty, the common areas could use some renovation. The furniture in the room was lacking (uncomfortable couch, stool too low for the desk). A chair or two on the (otherwise nice) balcony would be great. Wi-Fi is weak, borderline unusable (tip: use the unsecured one they don't tell you about). There is a farm adjacent to the property. While the sounds of pigs and roosters can be seen as a charming part of the experience, I could have done without the frequent fires and accompanying smoke.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is perfect. The free bicycle service is very handy, you can easily cycle to the Mua Caves, Trang An, Bich Dong, Bird Park or just do the Tam Coc boat tour. We had a late night train to move on, and were allowed to take a shower in a room before leaving (whilst we already checked out).

There were constructions (drilling, nailing, half of the terras sealed off) at the swimming pool (placement of bamboo). Because of this we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool whilst we were really looking forward to have a swim.

The staff here are exceptional. Very kind and very caring. They helped us get taxis, find our way around, print tickets and more. They are genuine and hard working, and welcoming in a way that makes your stay really pleasant. The rooms are huge and the beds are also large and comfy. The pool is a big highlight and a perfect place to cool off after a hot day trip. The rooms are clean. Also, the location is great - lots of restaurants nearby for variety and walking distance to the Tam Coc boats. we took a taxi to Trang An and Mua Caves and everything was accessible.

I have an egg allergy, so the breakfast options were limited. This wasn’t an issue for my family.
