the scenery and service. they give me free breakie during my stay. Alhamdulillah. and also, a bag as souvenir while check out. helping me to get a taxi to bus station. sunset dia on. tgok dr rooftop.level 6. overall nice stay one more thing. the scenery from my balcony is the bomb weyh. very pretty. facing the mountain :)

so far ok. but the road to center from hotel need to walk a bit. but overall okay je. jalan dr hotel kalo jalan kaki mcm mencanak skit. kalo org tua susah la. sy solo traveler apadahal.

The location was fantastic, in the middle of Sapa town with a short walk to the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station was very close and so was the town square. The staff were very accommodating and lovely and the breakfast was great. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable which provided a nice stay.

The pictures on booking.com are a little outdated and the hotel in general is more run down than you expect. The Mountain View was slightly obstructed by power cords and other hotel balconies. The first room we stayed in which was smaller had no shower door and no power points on the bed side tables and the second bigger room only had a bath with no proper shower which leaked and flooded the bathroom.

This is a must visit hotel if you are in Sapa. The location is very strategic, it’s located at the centre of Sapa town and it’s walking distance to most of the attractions, cafes or even to just stroll around. We arrived the hotel around 4.30am since we arrived via sleeper bus. There was 1 overnight shift staff on standby at the reception who immediate assisted us with the bags and etc. He even quickly made for us hot tea. The standard check-in time is 2pm, however they managed to give us early check-in around 10.30am for complimentary. 1 of the reception staff (I believe he must be 1 of the manager), even offered me and my friend for complimentary breakfast for our 2 nights stay out of good gesture for us to try. Their kindness is one of the key factors and image for the hotel. 😊 The room was very clean and comfortable with breath-taking view, I booked for Executive Twin balcony room with Mountain view. They also have a rooftop bar at 6th floor. Decent choices for the buffet breakfast with some local dishes. They also had egg station. In summary, everything was good. We had just finished a 4 day motorcycle trek and I asked in advance for a room with a bath. Mr Ok the manager organised this for my wife. She was very happy. Staff were great. Big bed lovely linen. Spacious room with a view (unfortunately cloudy). Location in central part of town east access to restaurants. Breakfast good. Buffet style with fresh tomatoes and cucumber plus selection of eggs and omelette made to order. Great coffee, unlimited. Fresh fruit and also waffles! Plus local cuisine including noodles etc.

Shower was above the bath but not a big deal as we had asked for a bath.

We had the “Suite with Mountain View” (60m square). Great room with great view. The Sky Bar was great, sit up top and look at the stunning view (with a beer or two, of course). Central location. Staff were very nice.

The room we stayed in only had a shower above a spa bath. 1. The spa bath was not fixed to the floor and was wobbly getting in and out (we worked out to partially fill bath to give it weight). 2. The shower spayed water all over the floor and made it slippery. Still recommend staying at this hotel.

The hospitality was great, we were offered a cup of tea the moment we reached the hotel. Check in process was smooth and the staff even offered us free breakfast during our stay as we checked in late on our first day. There was a variety to choose from and the breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations. We were also given a souvenir on the day we checked out.

I was shocked that they charge for extra bottled water. We were there for 3 nights so we were expecting that it would be free if we just ask for an extra bottle. But it's ok, we paid for it anyways. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbours going in and out of the room, and even when they were watching the television.

Staff are attentive, hospitable and friendly. The room is clean and has all the facilities listed on their ad. The breakfast is quite nice, especially the chicken noodles! Also as someone living in UAE, i was thinking the hotel will not have “shattaf” /bidet so I bought an evian water so i can use it for later hahaha then i found out that they have in every wc! Yay! I was so happy! Lol You must go see the Sky Bar at the 6th floor, I went there in the morning. It’s just peace and quiet! I love it. The hotel has a spa as well on the G floor though I did not go in that spa but they had an extension located 5mins far away. They called for me a taxi and it dropped me to the spa’s branch. Just want to say thank you to Cuong who literally showed me the Vietnamese hospitality! Thank you Cuong!

We loved our stay at Sapa Relax hotel & spa. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main town! We hired a bike at a reasonable price at the bike shop opposite ( which was useful and saved us from wasting time searching for a bike when we arrived). The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and had an incredible view and the breakfast which was included was the best hotel breakfast we had in Vietnam!! It was extremely tasty with loads of options and catered for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who was unsure of where to stay in Sapa!

The customer service here was top-notch! All staff & their Managers, esp Mr OK, were exceptional! We traveled for our wedding anniversary and they prepared the room to be extra special and gave us little gifts which we very much appreciate. The facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was great. The location of the hotel was really good because we could just walk for a few minutes to the Town Center, Sun Plaza and Lake. The mountain view from the hotel was beautiful, esp from the rooftop. And their rooftop cafe is really nice! We actually regret staying in Sa Pa for only a night because the place is beautiful and the weather is great! At the time we visited, all other places in Vietnam were really hot & and humid, but Sa Pa had really cool weather. We will surely come back to Sa Pa and stay longer, and we'd surely stay in Relax Hotel again.

Amazing hotel. Favourite hotel if the trip. Staff were excellent and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous! Bar and communal balcony were great (recommend the passionfruit juice). Gorgeous outlook. Location was perfect. Close to the action but on a quiet side street. My partner was ill on arrival and they helped us check in quickly. Our room at the front of the hotel was a bit noisy (we were trying to sleep in the day due to illness) and they were able to move us to a quieter room at the end of the hall. Best toilet paper too made it feel very luxurious.

The elevator is a bit noisy for the surround rooms.
