I liked the location of this hotel and room's size.

I didn't like the security staff. It looks like they have no training for customer experience. Actually, they seriously mistreated me in a occasion I was about to use the lobby's restroom, while they had some doubts if I was a guest or not of the hotel. By the way, part of the complex building of the hotel is under great renovations. So, it looks like everything around is under construction.

We had booked 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to a suite. The staff were very helpful at all times. The rooms were perfect and huge. The hotel was very quiet although some street noise is to be expected. The location of the hotel worked very well for us. We were able to explore lower Manhattan on foot including places like 911 museum, Law courts and Brooklyn Bridge. The Piers provided a great place to spend an evening relaxing with plenty of options for food. A taxi/UberXL to Midtown cost between $40-$70. We were very happy with the hotel and couldn't have wanted for better. So glad we found it.

Nothing to be honest. We did not eat in the hotel - so cannot comment - but the breakfast looked very good with a fantastic selection. With there being 5 of us and different requirements - we decided to just eat out. Otherwise - it looke3d very appealing.

Very clean room. Very nice and friendly staff. Everything was so cool and spacious over there. I really liked staying at Hyatt Centric. They also let me order from grubhub as much as i wanted. Not a problem. And the location is very cool. You are at the beginning of Wall Street. A lot of nice places and restaurants all around.

Would have been nice if the spa would have been open. The breakfast wasn´t special.

I was able to meet Claudette over the phone and her customer service blew my mind. I was traveling with my daughter and got to NY very late and she reassured me over a credit card mix up. She checked up on me and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was incredible even with making sure my daughter was comfortable (it’s hard to keep these teenagers entertained now if it’s not TikTok or internet lol) but the experience was amazing and I definitely will come again!!!

My room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, generally I was very satisfied.

They charged me twice and I'm still waiting to get the money back even though it's been a couple of days already. Very inconvenient to say the least. Also, nobody answers e-mails. Bathroom was very nice but I didn't like the lighting, it was too dark. Booking.com says there's a spa but it wasn't available and that was disappointing.

We stayed in a premier suite and it was AMAZING!!! And HUGE! And beautiful. Loved the size, the large floor to ceiling windows, with sheer shades and also black out curtains for sleep, as well as the window seats everywhere. The large dining table with a multi-device plug in the center. The mini kitchen with sink, fridge and dish washer. The large bedroom with the comfiest king size bed and the walk in rain shower room with bathtub as well.

very quiet - rooms must be soundproofed. amazing shower. lovely big room - 42m sq. very comfy bed. quiet air con. could open window to allow air circulation unlike a lot if hotels. exceptional reception staff. cleaning service daily.

the hairdryer was on it’s last legs and nozzle missing. i am sure i would have got replacement but was in too much if hurry to ask. arrived late due to flight cancellation do ate in the bar - food not up to much.

Staff was great (helpful and friendly) and the location was very convenient to many things. The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower made me want to redesign my bathroom at home!

Missing top sheet. What’s up with that?? Also the $100/day hold for “incidentals”. In my 25 years of traveling as an adult, I’ve never encountered that nor did anyone explain to me that this was going to happen or why.

Their billing system. I have a pending bill on my credit card although I have already paid the bill, which had to be cleared once they took out the money. So they really need to find a better way to bill clients without holding money after they have already paid.

Location is prime; close to bars, restaurants and commutable to other parts of the city and Brooklyn. Hotel lobby was better than expected; staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was huge and I stayed at a lot of hotels and for the price and square footage, I was surprised. The shower was big! if you can, it will fit six people comfortably! The window blinds go up and down automatically with the touch of a button. The room is very techy!

The property is great! I am coming back! my only comment was housekeeping not having my room ready for check-in. i came to check in at 5pm vs the 3pm time and it was not ready. The wait was about 30 -40 minutes, which was long considering I had dinner at 8pm, so it left me no time to really relax in the room, because I rushed to get dressed for dinner. This is a major pet peeve of mines. If you have guests checking in at a certain time, then the room should be ready regardless. If I came at 3pm, then how longer would I have waited.
