Quiet. I was upgraded to 1BR, which was very complete. Nice little kitchen, cozy living room area, small comfy bedroom with both heavy and light curtains. It’s also got long term residences there, so it feels pretty quiet. Not like a regular hotel. Adjacent to the lovely Albert Park. Easy walking distance to Sky Tower, and everything that the downtown has to offer. Nice balcony but balconies on the front of the building may have a better views. Pool was excellent for lap swimming. Decent sauna. I didn’t use the gym.

Outside my balcony was another building with a fairly noisy central AC unit operating on the roof. Not overly bothersome.

I had booked a small apartment. From the balcony, I could see the SkyTower. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking: plates and cooking utensils.... There was even a small dishwasher. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and you could heat the room nicely warm.

There were occasional signs of wear and tear in the apartment. For example, the toilet seat slid when sitting on it, or a few drawers were slightly crooked. But these are really just minor things that I noticed. Since I didn't book any services, I also didn't know where to take the trash.

I loved everything . My partner & I have stayed here numerous times now & every single time I always put in a special request whether its a nice view or a balcony & although it is up to the availability , they always try their best to accommodate us & get it right every time . This is the first time that we stayed with our first born who is 3 months old & it was such an easy check in , easy access to everything we needed & as always , so relaxing . Was nice to be back again with our baby after staying so many times before by ourselves . We can’t wait to stay here again in the near future . Also , the staff are always so kind & I dont feel like we are being discriminated against because we are of polynesian decent , unlike other hotels .

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property apart from the fact that the pools look like they may need a bit of work as theyre looking a bit rough on the edges . Definitely no biggie though ! We still loved it .

Nice large suite in full service building. I was unsure if this was a hotel or a residence (seems to be both).

Given we were in the city parking was an extra 40NZD but that was only until 2PM the next day so we had to pay an additional 20NZD for an extra hour -- we were flying home that night and had all our stuff in the car after checkout. In general I don't love that hotels in NZ seem to pass on the credit card processing fee to customers so the price quoted on sites like this one is actually less than the total price paid -- should be included in total quoted cost (who pays for hotels in cash / many won't even let you!).

Apartment was spacious & comfortable, facilities all working and clean. Bed was really comfy. Indoor heated swimming pool was really nice. Both indoor and outdoor spa pool. Close walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks. Staff were friendly, easy check in & out. Nice views from room and balcony, we were in a harbour view apartment on 24th floor.

There was unfortunately a resonance when the ranch slider was closed, this produced a howling sound. We managed to sleep through it though. Parking was going to cost $40/day through the hotel. We parked in the adjacent Victoria St carpark and left our car there 48hrs, Fri- Sun, this cost us $40 total.

The staff was wonderful, even when the fire alarm caused an evacuation the staff remained friendly and calm. The bed was comfortable, and when there was an issue the staff responded immediately. Excellent view of the Sky Tower.

One of the windows didn't close properly because the handle was missing, but the staff managed to get it to shut more than I was able to. The water in the pool was very cloudy and needed to be cleaned.

Beautiful room overlooking Albert Park and also a view of the harbour. Great location for lots of cafes and restaurants and boutique shops. A few minutes walk to Queen St and a supermarket. Room was very comfortable, comfy bed and great shower. We appreciated the fridge being able to be shut behind a cupboard door so it wasn't noisy at night. Excellent to have a washing machine and dryer in the room which we used.

It was generally very quiet where we were but it can be a little noisy at night on the weekend due to being close to bars, restaurants etc.

Location and views were exceptional, so too was the pool and spa. Parking was great and the lobby vibe 'pretty and polished'.

We had a 2 bedroom suite/apartment and while there was room for an additional chair or 2 seater couch, we only had one small 2 seater which mean we all couldn't all sit together comfortably to watch a movie etc. There was only one tv in the whole apartment - with a '2 bedroom booking' you expect an additional tv in at least one bedroom. If that was rectified - this would be a knock-out stay. The bathroom too was very small, but fully functional.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Received free upgrade from one to two bedroom apartment upon arrival, which was on the 30th floor with awesome views! Location was perfect and handy to all amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, Britomart, Ferry Building etc.

The shelf where the crockery was kept (mainly plates) was around six feet up. We kept these on the bench for most of our stay, but they were put back up when the room was serviced. Not a biggie, but difficult for those who are of a shorter build!

Great location for both city and park and only 10 mins walk to Sky City bus terminal (for airport and routes to south). Views from floor 26 were exceptional. Room very well laid out and no room service disturbances - you can replenish coffee, shampoo etc. from reception instead and staff were all very helpful. If you only want somewhere to sleep, there are plenty of similar alternatives nearby at lower prices. However, if you plan to spend time in the room, this is a good one.

Because there's no room service, there is nowhere to dispose of rubbish apart from in the kitchen bin. Staying for 5 days and making full use of the kitchen, I would have liked somewhere to empty rubbish outside the apartment.
