The location was great. The pool is awesome. The apartment is lovely with everything you need for a self-catered stay. The tavern next door serves lovely food and is welcoming. The resort is clean and tidy.

The traffic noise from the main road. The bed was hard. Parking should be allocated as there was no park for me one night in the secure parking. Besides the one resort maintenance man, we didn’t see any staff. The office hours were extremely limited.

I almost don't want to share it in case it becomes too popular, but this place was amazing! It drastically exceeded our expectations. The place was massive, perfectly set up, and had everything we needed and then some. We were blown away by the location, the amenities provided, and the value for money. Everything was incredible and will be our first port of call next time we are in Port Mac

The only two things were that the air con didn't reach the bedrooms, but I honestly don't think they could have done anything about that. And collecting the key could have been a little clearer, and that where to park. But honestly these were so insignificant that it didn't matter

Great location. Lovely pool areas

The bathroom fan did not work. Therefore the steam kept setting off the smoke alarm. Wasn't an issue for us but the shower was over a spa bath and was a very large climb to get in and out of

Beautiful surroundings

It didn't have Netflix on the TV in the loungeroom and the remote on the TV in bedroom wasn't working but that wasn't really an issue

So spacious and had everything we needed for a few nights at Port Mac.

Everything was awesome, though a smart tv with Netflix etc would be perfect!

Great, comfortable apartment, amazing facilities - the heated pool a bonus plus beautiful gardens with aviary, pond and little playground. The location is exceptional - love Flynn’s beach and the local cafes.

The only downside was that none of the bedrooms had aircon and because of the position of the rooms, on the opposite side of the apartment to where the living room air con is, the bedrooms get so hot at night - the fans aren’t very powerful so it doesn’t help much. Opening the windows work a little if the outside air is not too hot but the kids’ bedroom window is on level with the stairs/front door so you can’t really leave it open all night for safety reasons.

Great location. Easy access to facilities. Clean and comfortable. Loved that there were tennis rackets for us to use.

The fan in the main bedroom didn’t work.

The unit was large and had everything we needed. Communication with Jamie was outstanding and we will be staying again.

Spacious unit with its own private courtyard. Access to the resort pool etc was great. Resort Complex well maintained and very clean.

Need better instructions for arrival process and location. Which carpark to use and where the unit is in the complex. Jamie was great when we called for help and directions.
