Amazing location, smack bang in the middle of the town, beautifully kept, immaculate interior, fun knick-knacks in the halls. I had the New York themed room that welcomed you with a big bed and a spacious balcony (with outdoor table and chairs and a sunbathing bed to lounge on), overlooking the hustle and bustle of Denmark. An open wardrobe with space for your luggage. USB ports beside the bed, which was a lovely surprise. Loved the atmosphere and vibe that was kept to align with the time of the building itself. It was only an overnight stay before heading back to Perth, but I felt relaxed as if I were home. Thank you all, I didn't want to leave, I will be back for a longer stay, that's for sure!

We arrived at lunchtime, but the worker still kindly checked us in. We regretted so much that we stayed there only one night! The location is amazing - in the very center, cafes and shops right under the windows! Unique rooms in an old house with wonderful huge balconies! We will definitely come back again, because not only the hotel was cool, but also the city itself.

No lifts or ramps - just stairs. It’s an old building, no place for that.

We were very pleasantly surprised! This centrally located accommodation is very clean and furnished with care, and it has all the details that are missing in much more expensive accommodations: Space to store everything, hangers, towel rails, pleasant lighting, etc. comfortable bed with pillow that is easy to sleep on, fridge. We were very satisfied!

Great location right in the centre of town, lovely friendly hosts, info provided when we checked in re things to see in town and places to go eat, veranda overlooking the Main Street, and very clean. Lots of parking.

It’s an older property and the main access for suitcases etc is via the back/lane entrance….not a big deal but there a few stairs to deal with.

Room very small...although the balcony was a real bonus! I was glad for microwave, toaster, and crockery/cutlery. But had nowhere to wash up. Did I miss something? Maybe there was a small kitchen sink somewhere.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived early and were able to have our room and parking bay. We would stay here again even though the room was on the small side, but the balcony was great 👍

The out door balcony could do with a little TLC, unfortunately they only have two parking bays so we were lucky to get one. The price is probably just a bit more than what we normally pay for in the area, possibly due to the location.

We had an excellent time here. They were able to book us in on very short notice so we could see my sick grandmother, and the room was wonderful to stay in. At about 3am on our first night the guests in the room next to us started getting in a loud fight with each other that lasted for around an hour and a half, preventing us from sleeping. The next day we spoke to Rob the proprietor and he immediately told the other guests to quiet down or they'd be kicked out. He mentioned this almost never happens and he'd only ever had to remove a guest twice in his many years running the place, so we were just unlucky that these people decided to stay here when we did. He also upgraded us to a bigger room with a nicer bed free of charge so we'd be further away if they were noisy again. We tried to offer him the difference in cost between the rooms but he wouldn't accept it and urged us to enjoy our stay. Now that's excellent hospitality! I couldn't recommend staying here enough, 11/10

Located right in town with off street parking available. We had a room with a balcony which gave our group of 4 space to sit and chat. Access with heavy cases takes a bit of effort but achievable. We could have packed our nightly needs in a smaller bag. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

The most central location, right in the heart of Denmark town. Makes the perfect base to exploring what Denmark has to offer, or a convenient overnight stop. The property was spotless, with all the amenities you might need. Our host was very friendly and so helpful with local recommendations.
