Extremely happy with our stay, the superior chalets are absolutely amazing. Our two girls loved the chalets as well. Enough room for all four of us. Had its own little lounge which was very handy to have. Located right near the jumping pillow and pool which was handy as it wasnt far to walk for little legs. Staff were extremely friendly as well. Our kids loved the front porch and front lawn area to run and dance around.

There wasnt much that we didnt like at all. We were very happy with our stay. Loved the convenient location the caravan park was in and loved the kids activities that were around.

Good sized cabin and the kitchen was well equipped. Camp kitchen with the pizza ovens was great. Super clean BBQs. We loved the grass area available around the cabins for our toddler.

Ants in the 2nd bedroom. Fridge noise and toilet kept running - notified staff who will have maintenance review. Pool area chairs could use a good clean and some more shade in the pool area. Swing set needs updating - a baby swing would be great. An accessible and clear footpath would be helpful so you aren’t walking on the road through the caravan park.

The layout and the furnishings are changed and in good working condition. The hob, air-conditioning unit are new. The utensils are big enough and not those mini sized ones. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. There are 2 laundry rooms and in one of them, there are 4 working washing machines and 2 dryers. The laundry is clean and there are sufficient laundry lines to hang our clothes. The guests are decent people and do not disrespect the peace and privacy of other occupants.

When I asked on November 10th over the Phone, Reception staff said need more time and get back to me, fellowing day she call me and said Sorry we don’t give this type of service,(January 10th was my daughter s 16th Birthday, when requested little Surprises Decorations and Small Cake to Arrange for me to be paid on our Family arrival), Management has rejected my request???

Our chalet was modern, comfortable and in a quiet corner of the park while still being close to the areas our children wanted to play in. The private bbq and deck area were well sheltered and a lovely spot to relax day or night.

Only very minor things if I was going to be picky; a broom in the chalet so we could sweep it out as necessary, and our big outdoor bin was too full to close the lid with previous occupants rubbish for a couple of days until bins were emptied. Perhaps could be replaced with another bin for newcomers.

Good customer service Great facilities for the kids I had an EV and the staff allowed me to use one of the caravan bay to charge my car. Snooker table, table tennis was a hit with older kids.

No wifi in cabin toward the end of the park. Able to access wifi outside cabin but speed isn’t great. Bunk beds is a bit small for kids that might be taller than average. Wish the pool had some game equipments to keep the place more entertaining. Possibly even water station for the parents and kids while supervising. Love if they have a coffee van or ice cream van come over to keep the kids happy.

Staff friendly, rooms were comfy and clean. Reverse aircon worked fantastic and easily reached the main bedroom from the other side of the living room. Would happily stay here again for work or with family (excellent playground on site they would have loved).

Water pressure wasn’t great (found it hard to wash out my hair). Tight parking for 3 cars directly outside unit, as it’s not marked another guest took up two spots overnight

Check in by the friendly and organised staff went quick and smooth. They basically ask your name and hand over your keys and a map of where your unit is situated. We stayed in a two bedroomed Superior unit which was neat, modern and had everything to make our stay comfortable. We stayed two nights before the weekend and it is a quiet Park. Unit has a nice size Patio and BBQ facilities. Tap and hose pipe next to parking spot.

It is a small dog-friendly cabin and close to the centre of Albany (a few minutes drive). It is clean and has the basic necessities, e.g., cooking utensils, a gas stove, and an air conditioner in the living room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi was awful, and I could not connect well enough to use any video streaming services while there. Although the place was clean, it could do with some updates (e.g., regrouting, and resurfacing).

Location was central to Albany, town centre and main road to get to the tourist spots. 2brm family room was EXCELLENT! Great size, well set up, very clean, appeared brand new. Good size TV, fridge and everything we needed in the kitchen. Park facilities were great, book and DVD exchange, children’s play equipment (jumping pillow was a winner). Was a great spot and we’ll definitely be back.
