Excellent for a family vacation. Suits our group of 10 very well as we have the place all to ourselves and need not share with others. We did some light cooking although your kitchen can easily cater for heavier stuff. We liked the heaters too which kept the rooms reasonably comfortable despite the cold weather. Your book selections were wide but unfortunately we don't have time to read ....

Can't find anything to complain of or dislike. We tried to keep the place as clean as possible Hoped that we didn't give any problems to your cleaning lady.

Great location, in town, large house suitable for 3 generations. It was great having 2 separate areas for the children to play. Very convenient having an additional separate wc since we were a group of 8. Grandchildren enjoyed having some space to play in the back yard. The owner was easily contactable when we had a query about rubbish bins/collection days.

The location was perfect! Within walking distance to town centre and amenities. Spectacular views! Quiet spaces inside and out for everyone. Well equipped.

Kitchen cupboards and drawers need a clean as does the range hood and top of the aircon unit. Some of the curtain tracks/pulls don’t work. We were surprised when the cleaner entered the house at 9:40am and began cleaning.

Location wa really good, able to walk into town. The view from lounge and front verandah were amazing. Lots of beds for family, high chair provided.

The curtains couldn't be closed and had to use pegs. Mould on ceiling in main bedroom.

Overall feel clean and hygienic. Quite well equipped kitchen. Loved the spaciousness of the accomodation as we have a large family of 8 adults and 3 children.

BBQ facility can be better, lack of paper towel and tissue paper. Tight parking space.

The location was easy to find. It was easy to get the keys. The house was clean and well presented. It was well equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of beds and room for all of us, it was very relaxing. Nick called the day after our arrival to make sure everything was good which was really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location and cleanliness of the of the house was fantastic. The outlook fro the kitchen windows over the sound were beautiful, especially when the storm hit. The house and particularly the beds were comfortable and spacious. Enough room for everyone to find a spot.

The collection of furniture was a little unusual, odd pieces here and there and showing signs of age.

A large well appointed house with good views, well located to the main centre of Albany. Very quickly we felt like we were 'home'. The fire was a bonus as the two nights we were there were cold

Its a large house so cleaning to a high standard is probably difficult but needs a little attention. Kitchen knives need sharpening.

Beautiful home near Albany's town centre. It was warm and homey and very easy to live in. Everything we needed was there and we were very comfortable. We will be back!

Stunning old house but in lovely well kept condition with loads of character. Perfect location, just far enough from York street for walking etc.

It was a bit cold at night and maybe proper winter doonas on the beds would be nice.
