It was well located. Everything we needed was available. The staff were kind and accommodating as I have a broken leg, catering for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and shower was great.

I was surprised by the plastic cutlery in the cupboard. We didn’t use it but I was surprised by pastel plastic cutlery.

The room was clean, had running hot water, and plenty of towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) to use for free

The stay time was short. It was a last minute booking for my group and I meaning we got there really late around 1 am. Even though we arrived so late we still had to check out by 10am which felt really stingy considering we paid $50 for the accomodation

The property was easy to access and the room that I was in had full sun in the morning ,nice 👍

The rooms that were at the front facing road had full force of vehicles passing by very (noisy) next time I would like to have a room at the rear so it could be quieter , get some sleep 😴

The room was quite spacious to fit in all my family. The price was reasonable and affordable. I would like to thank also the reception who is willing to print one letter document of Western Australia parking that I bought online -- very grateful for that lady. The staff was also friendly -- at the end of my first day (we stayed for 2 nights), in the morning, I was asked if we need the room service - which we didn't, but it is good that they ask. Would be considering to come back again next time.

No microwave in the room.

The large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash to the wall in the shower - easier to use than the single use bottles.

The bathroom floor was wet when i arrived The fridge wasn't plugged in when i arrived The kettle was faulty & tripped the power (staff replaced immediately) The soap in the dispenser in the shower was depleted Not enough power points available - had to unplug fridge or tv in order to use kettle or charge devices 1 cup was dirty. Lamp globe blew

Room is very tidy with all the basic amenities. Cleaning staff and reception are very helpful and considerate.

Hope we have a small microwave oven in the room.

The staff, namely Jasmine and Raymond were supportive, professional and absolutely on the money in relation to top service. They had to deal with our COVID cancellations, disability needs, together with short staffed in restaurant (That was clear, they did not complain, but they handled that brilliantly) and were friendly, kind and their memories- amazing at all times. Obviously proud of where they worked. They had a rather unpleasant (very) customer in the restaurant who was demanding (you could hear it) that they not follow legal protocol in regards to training, but they handled it well, together with their chef. This will now be our home away from home when we visit Albany. Which we do often. Wish we had been here before. The venue was clean, comfortable and easy to navigate.

Perhaps staffing for weekends in the restaurant. But I could not fault it.

I had a nice breakfast bacon and eggs , cuppa tea , toast had small talk with a nice couple I meet who were visiting from over east they were doing a visit around WA .

Parking , most people had 4WD , so bit close to each other when exiting yr own vehicle.

Room was clean and tidy but a little dated. Breakfast menu was limited and the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. Good parking outside our room. The Ibis hotel was a little out of town on the highway.

Fan was noisy, needs to be fixed otherwise generally happy.
