Where do I start. Words can not describe the luxury of our apartment. It was extremely spacious with everything plus more to cater for your stay. We were surprised to be told that for the cost of a night, which we thought was extremely responsible being school holidays, our stay also included a hot breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and had we not been on a schedule, we would of loved to of stayed for another day or two to just unwind in such comfort.

Couldn't think of anything, even if I tried. More value for money then I have every experienced.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast choices were awesome, fresh and so much variety, I felt so spoilt! The room facilities were good. This is great value for money and in a great location.

I didn't state this but on arrival it would have been good if I was asked if I had any special needs. I have had brain surgery and the walk from and to reception up to my room was difficult. Some information on how to access the TV channels would have been good. There were a few minor details in the room that need attending such as someone left old sticky tape on some of the walls, the toilet paper on the toilet roll kept falling off because one of the ends was missing.

Stayed in an apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. This was great being half way through our 2 week holiday, meant I could do some laundry while we were there. The bed was comfy and even though our apartment was right next to the main road, we barely noticed the traffic noise. It was close to town, the perfect base for everything we wanted to do. Buffet breakfast was included in our rate. Plenty of options food wise and was nice to have a cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially late on a Sunday when I called 20 mins before reception closing time to say we were running late. Grace organised a late arrival pack for us and check in went smoothly.

We had wi-fi, which was handy and one of the reasons for booking here as I had some work to do. It was ok, but hot spotting to the internet on my phone probably worked better.

The house is large and all facilities are clean. Kitchen is great with gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and so on. Two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and major bedroom. There is also a garage just outside the house. A small playground with slides for kids is located in front of the house. We really enjoyed our time there. Besides, the location is also good. Easy to drive to anywhere in Albany. The staff are very nice. BTW, the free breakfast is great! Don’t miss it.

The WiFi is not good. This is the only drawback. All other things are gorgeous.

The rooms were so clean & well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb in every way and had the same consistency all days! They had all types of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh juices, noodles, hashbrowns etc. Also, we loved the staff for being so friendly and nice. They always accommodated our needs whenever we asked for it. The hotel is located in the city center and it is close to everything around it. Overall, we loved our stay there and we would come back again for sure!

The WiFi was too slow.

Apartments were very nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast included was very nice.

Couch in the room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, not enjoyable watching TV. When booking on booking.com I chose the slightly more expensive option to pay at the property not before and when I got to the property the afternoon of my stay the entire amount had already been taken out of my account, I chose the pay later option so I could pay once at the premises, that was a quite disappointing that happened.

Everything, location, free breakfast, cleanliness

Door locks. As the reception said because of child risk there were no locks. But when groups of friends stays together. For instance like us. We faced kinda odd or afraid feeling because hoping no one will come when we take bath n poop. Washing machine at apartment 2. We had difficulty washing our clothes as the washing machine was not working. We need to bring it to other apartment to wash.

Excellent ! From the check in to the checkout we felt that we were in one of the best places we have ever stayed (and we have stayed all over Australia!). The staff were professional and very friendly. The accomodation ( King Spa unit) was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfasts were delicious. Coming back to the apartment every day after our trips in and around Albany was wonderfully relaxing. Although we didn’t have our grandkids with us we were so pleased to see such attention and care given to the layout of the kids’ playground area… great for parents too! We loved our stay at Banksia Apartments and the name is exactly right “Quality” !! Even though we may never get back this way again (Eastcoasters) we will certainly let others know that your accomodation is top notch. Thanks so much !

Nothing - everything was wonderful !

Located along the Albany Highway and a few mins drive away from the malls. Spacious unit with modern facilities and your own parking garage. Kitchen was fully equipped; washer and dryer came in really handy. On top of it all, Tony was a great guy who came to our rescue and offered us a complimentary breakfast on our last day.

There was a power trip up and we spent our first night in the blacked out unit in the dark and cold because we could not locate the meter box. Tony came to help us out but unfortunately he couldn't find it too. However, he got someone to fix it first thing i the morning and all was good after that.

The rooms were really well presented and clean, had everything we could ask for and more. They were a great size and comfortable. The bed was a little hard but not totally uncomfortable. Huge selection of dvds however we couldn’t get them to play in the Blueray player. Great location, close to everything. Nice sitting area outside for a coffee

Just the bed was a bit firm for us.
