I have been staying in this hotel mostly last 15 years. Each other year I find that they do some renovation. Top location - just on the main street, where all shops and restaurants are. Hotel has some parking places available which is a big plus in the middle of the old city. Excellent breakfast which enough variety of options, plus they can prepare you eggs or omelette according to your preference. Very helpful staff, you can be sure they can assist you for any question you might have.

I really liked the hotel and would recommend it. It is perfectly situated in the Old Town, from where you can see by foot the main sightseeing attractions. The room was very clean and with view on the Bazar. The breakfast was good. The employees were friendly and spoke in good English. The hotel offered as well a taxi transport from the hotel to the airport with a reasonable price. The driver was very friendly and even explained during the drive some of the main buildings we passed through and the history of Sarajevo.

The Old Town Hotel exceeded my expectations during my five-day stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped with recommendations, travel assistance and with anything I needed during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Sarajevo, located in Bascarsija and close to everything. The rooms are extremely comfortable. As a person who spends most of the day walking and exploring, it was nice to return to the hotel to find a comfortable room, kettle and tea and a wonderfully hot shower to refresh myself before going to dinner. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast. There is a wonderful combination of eggs, cheeses, meats, croissants and bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. The breakfast room is very comfortable and a fantastic value to my stay. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo. This was my first visit to Sarajevo since 1994 and I will return and stay at the Old Town Hotel. Highly recommend!

Hotel is in a great position for sight seeing.. the rooms are bright,modern and very clean.Breakfast was made 100% better because the very kind lady made me an omelette..which was perfect.Very good soundproofing to the street so no disturbance from outside noise.

I had a couple of issues in my room with the safe and the air conditioning but when I mentioned them at reception they were dealt with immediately.Generally the staff were professional and really helpful.There were of group of students staying who were very noisy at night outside their rooms on my floor this was the only downside to my stay.

We have been returning to the Old Town Hotel for several years, and every time, we were impressed with everything one would expect from a good hotel and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming and would go out of their way to make your stay a lovely experience. I would particularly like to thank Adnan and Zajda. Nothing was difficult for them to do, being it recommending a good restaurant, making reservations, calling a taxi, or simply having a pleasant chit-chat. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, and we enjoyed lovely breakfast every morning. We are looking forward to visiting them again very soon. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Everything was absolutely great. Reach selection of interesting food for breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and dear staff. Excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city. Everything interesting is around the hotel. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and there is no vehicular traffic around it. Despite this, the room has excellent insulation and it is very quiet when the window is closed, which can be done without problems thanks to the air condition.

It's hard for me to single out something that I liked "a little less", but I could mention that the room was small, but it had everything you need and it was functional, and the bathroom with toilet was spacious enough and clean.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so kind and hospitable, accommodating and early check in, and allowing me to leave my bags both before and after check in. The staff provided me with great recommendations to see some of the best parts of Sarajevo. The room itself was extremely clean, I didnt use the heat/air conditioning but the unit looked brand new. The windows provided a priceless view and opened nicely to cool the room down. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Baščaršija, the historic center of Sarajevo. Despite being right in the center of the city, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing- everything was perfect.

Firstly, the accommodation was in the perfect spot - just on the start of old town near a nice town square and about 200 metres from Latin Bridge. On request, the hotel provided secure parking. The team at the hotel - in particulary the concierge were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile to share. They were very keen to let us know about the town, good places to eat, drink, shop, explore and general security. The room, while small, was very comfortable and we were not expecting it to be serviced daily - which it was. For those who have mobility issues, there are just 2 stairs into the building, 2 stairs to the elevator and after that you don't need to worry further - even the shower is walk in. Even though the weather was not great, our hosts made the stay enjoyable and were genuinely interested in what we did each day. The breakfast that was included in our tariff was tasty and plentiful.

The only small issue is that, like many of the newly refurbished showers in Europe, the open shower splashes out beyond the shower area and multiple towels are needed to keep things dry and safe.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff members. I am unable to recall the name of the lovely lady who checked us in as she was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay (including other staff members too). Spacious shower! The hotel is in a prime location and in the old town area. Easy to get to other points of attraction.

Only ONE iron in the property which meant delays in receiving this. As a personal preference, I like my mattress to be a bit firm, but I found the hotel mattress lumpy. This is not a massive issue as it’s all down to personal preference.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They were quick to respond to my online questions and reserved a parking spot for us with no difficulties. Breakfast is located on the ground floor, with homemade treats and meat, cheese and veggies, bread, yogurt and cereal. There is something for everyone. The location is great! You walk out the door and around the corner and you are immediately in Old Town Sarajevo. Even though the hotel backs up to the largest mosque, with the windows closed we did not hear the call to worship inside, only when we were out and about. Although the room is small, it is cozy and clean. The staff kindly helped us store our luggage the last day as we went back out to the bazaar one last time.
