Easy booking on line. Simple and relatively swift check-in Room as expected - clean, modern, well-prepared, good shower room. Bed not the most comfortable in the world but OK for a short stayover. I dislike foam pillows and those provided were not comfortable. One pillow id too low, two pillows are too high. Slight noise disturbance from railway line adjacent to bedroom window. Very easy from and to LCY on foot. Ideal for an early morning flight

Nice urban looking hotel, self- contained if you didn’t need to go anywhere they have all the snacks, drinks, bar and food choices throughout the day, and the staff is really nice and hospitable. More of a quaint place, for passing through for a few nights and very close to London City airport. The metro station (rail) is walkable (5-7mins) from the hotel. Very good experience overall.

As for what I didn’t like was the bathroom floor/ shower situation. They need more separation from the shower area, a good 70-80% get wet all over the floor. Other thank that it was just fine.

The hotel is positioned at a 3 minutes walking distance from the London City Airport. It comes with what you would expect: ease of access to the busses, trains and even planes. I expected it to have a decent sound isolation and it did. The planes did not bother me a lot, with most of them remaining unnoticed. The same went for most of the cars and even trains. The exceptions were probably the busses or trains that passed at somewhat higher speeds and somehow managed to trigger a short vibration within the building. I must add, however that as a fine hearing person, I adapted quickly and could easily sleep without ear plugs or any such things. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed conversing with them and felt welcome there. They serve a quality food in their restaurant on the ground floor. Although the choice is not very diverse, everything was well prepared and tasty. My honest compliments. I advice you to try a full English breakfast and their chicken soup. The rooms have a nice calm design with a touch of positive energy coming from the artwork on the wall. I managed to see 2 rooms and I suspect most of them share this pleasant trait. The beds are comfy and have a good size. Rooms are clean and the only missing part would be a nice recliner or a deep chair, where you can sit relaxedly and read or do something on the smartphone. As for the rest of the reviews: they are true. Internet is good and there was also a smart tv in the room. All in all, I was happy with my accomodation. Thank you!

A recliner or a deep chair for reading would be a great addition =) Maybe add one which can be pulled down/expanded from the wall.

Walking distance from DLR London City Airport Station to the hotel. £6 Uber taxi ride to the University of East London where my daughter was having her graduation and purpose of our stay.

Reception staff were excellent, especially Pablo. We arrived after 9pm and wanted to go out to eat. He helped recommending a restaurant, finding us the address, checking its opening times in a Tuesday evening and getting an Uber. Staff were just as good at breakfast next day and home cooked breakfast was good value at £15 per person. Would use the hotel again if in that neck of the woods.

The LCY is small but clean hotel. Located only 4 minutes walk from London City Airport and DLR station. It has good public transport connections to city of London, about 40-45min from city centre using the DLR / tube, or about 50-55 min by bus, or 20-25 min by Uber / taxi / car. The hotel itself is relatively small, with quick check-in, and keyless entry, and an onsite car park, with almost 10 car park spaces only, so better call in advance , and it is subject to availability. The rooms are relatively small, but average for hotels in London, but clean. Linen and towels are clean and smell nice and beds are comfortable and smell nice. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean. The shower has hot water and working well. Breakfast is basic but delicious.

The rate is a bit expensive for the location and facilities and quality given. Compared to similar hotels in quality range, this was a bit expensive especially if you include the breakfast and parking, it comes to an extortionate price compared to similar quality / location. For the same or even less price you could have gotten primier inn or even Ibis for lesser price.

Very close proximity to London City airport (5 minute walk) so if you are trying to catch a very early flight in the morning and just need to have a place to stay for the night then this may be a good option.

The hotel is next to the train racks on one side and the main road on the other side. Whenever there is a train or bus that passes by you can almost feel the building shaking a bit from the ground. So for those who are sensitive to the slightest motion or noise, try to go somewhere else.

I liked the location but at night time its a struggle to figure it out. Room was very clean and comfortable, facilities were modern and great value compared to some other nearby competing hotels. Ideal for a stay close to the airport.

I think a message to guests prior to their stay with specific detail on how to reach the hotel to/from the airport prior to guests stay would be useful. I was at the airport at 1am alone and it was pretty intimidating trying to figure out where to go as its close to housing estates etc. I am sure it is lovely but as a female walking at that time of night it would have been great to have specifics prior to my stay as google maps can only assist so much re underpasses etc. its unclear. Or maybe the idea of an airport shuttle / taxi booking service.

Lovely and clean reception area - seating for dining , very modern and stylish it has a lift to all rooms , there’s a great covered outside terrace with seating very clean and well kept, there’s an underground car park- spaces are a bit tight but it’s very secure with cctv. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, kettle etc provided & hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets and some with usb ports,clean towels and little travel toothpaste etc, there’s a telephone in room with direct access to 24h reception , nice size bathroom with level entry shower - just need to dry the toilet as it gets wet from the shower-Very friendly helpful staff, young lady on reception who booked us in was lovely and very helpful with directions to train station which is only a short walk from hotel . I’d definitely stay here again

I’ll be perfectly honest the only thing that was a shame is the bed as it was 2 singles pushed together so had an uncomfortable gap and had to sleep on one side or the other but I wouldn’t let that put me off staying here again, hopefully they invest in a double bed and perhaps a thicker quilt as it was a little to light in weight for my liking

Great location for the airport, modern and close to the DLR station. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pillows were a bit hard, bathroom could have had complimentary body lotion to use, especially when staying 1 night when travelling away for holidays from the airport as liquids are limited with hand baggage. Generally best bought from duty free rather than taking some for the nights stay.

- Amazing location right next to the London Airport, 5 min walk away - Great transport links with buses and DLR close by - Very clean and cosy rooms with lovely decor and all the extras you need (TV, hairdryer, towels, kettle) - Good breakfast and bought a hot lunch there which was also nice - Pleasant and informed staff

- With being next to the airport it is loud and a busy railine is also opposite so bring earplugs - Odd setup with the wet room/ bathroom so use the shower last as water will go everywhere
