Ideal location, right opposite Woolwich Arsenal DLR and within 5 mins walk of a massive Tesco and many restaurants. The building itself felt safe and secure, not only because of the codes provided for access, but also because of its layout as a block of apartments with dedicated lift. The whole place just seemed very warm and comfortable and was decorated to such a modern, clean standard. Both the bedroom and bathroom were a nice size and also very clean. We had a mini fridge that came in so handy and a generous amount of tea / coffee with our kettle. Towels and toiletries were provided although we didn’t use these in the end. The shower also seemed real good (it was walk in shower big enough for two people with a big overhead shower head) but we didn’t need this during our stay either. In fact, I believe this was the nicest shared bathroom situation I’ve seen so far. Very well looked after. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much!

Meticulously put together, test of luxury in the fittings spacious very clean.befor I checked in I read others reviews 1.the heating is in perfect order, if you look around you will see a nob written honey well turn it clock wize and wait for the heating to oz out from the floor. 2.they complain of door not locking when you close the door push a bit forward and turn the luck. The only thing I found strange was the bathroom that is outside,is quite strange even though the bathroom was impeccably made.they complain of hot water it is hot when turn the nob on the desired temperature just be patient your hot water will come through.

I think due to how clean the room or the entire place is the cleaner refused to be meticulous in ensuring that my room floor was really dirty dues the colour of the floor, an over sight was not observed. Otherwise I really enjoyed my self compared to the amount of luxury and comfort the price was worth it I will be back soon

The staff were friendly and there were lots of food options close to the hotel. It was across the road from the subway so super easy to get into town. It was a 30-40 minute subway into town but they ran frequently and were reliable so this didn’t matter too much and the money we spent on the subway was still less than the extra we would have paid to stay in town closer. We went to a concert at the 02 Arena and it was really easy to get to from the hotel, only about 10-15 minutes on the subway so would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to a show at the 02. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting, the bathroom was also big with a bathtub (although it was boarded over so it didn’t work) which was disappointing. The shower was always nice and hot although the pressure could have been slightly stronger. There was a fridge and a kettle with lots of tea, sugar and coffee available as well as a bunch of those small milks. There was a desk, desk chair, 2 seater couch and also another little lounge chair and lots of wardrobe space. Overall the property exceeded our expectations and if returning to London we would stay again.

The internet dropped out a bit which was annoying. The room wasn’t serviced at all during our 5 night stay but we were given 4 rolls of toilet paper and 4 towels so it didn’t really matter we only had to ask for toilet paper on our last day.

Short distance to trains and tube. Easy access to supermarkets. Elevator works. Room was clean. High ceilings. Fan was operational with 3 settings. felt safe with 2 kids. Some great ethnic food options nearby.

Hard to find entrance to hotel on arrival due to 10 stores sharing a front. Room only had dormeur windows 8 feet above ground that couldn't be accesses. Blinds covering the window couldn't be operated as the remote malfunctioned. (Reception was informed, unfortunately didn't fix it). This made it difficult to air out the room on a summer day, especially after shower use. Bathroom is not well ventilated so all the steam ends up in the room. Given the room design and sun angle, room really needs AC.

The accommodation was quite comfortable, safe and clean. The room was large and suitable for a family of five. It is located in a very convenient location just opposite the station with good connection to the centre.

A strange cannabis-like smell persisted in the room, but it was definitely not after someone who had smoked before. We could not identify the source - maybe some cleaning agent?

I didn’t get breakfast for what I paid and had a shared bathroom (so maybe take note when booking) but I happened to be the only one so I had it to myself and even did a wash day for my hair. The location is also nice with lots of shopping centers around.

It just has a plain hotel sign which could be any hotel. More accurate road description would be better. No one seem to have heard of the name. I would also have liked for the heating system to be more effective and not take so long to work.

I loved the room I was in with the high ceiling and the external window - overlooking the square, I think. Really nice room and clean throughout. Reception took me to the room which was a surprise, but I was glad of it as I would have never found it!

TBH I never really saw the offer of a breakfast, the TV did not work well, poor signal and the shower room I could use had only cold water.

The room was spacious with a good wardrobe, desk and TV. We found that the underfloor heating worked well. The provision of towels and toiletries was good, and when we requested extra pillows, they were delivered without any problem. The shared bathroom and shower enclosure were clean and spacious, which was nice. On balance, we had a good experience and the location is an excellent feature, as it is close to all the local transport and other amenities.

We would like bath mats provided with our towels, so that only I or my wife are using it/them. Also, we noticed some deterioration on the seals to the shower screen. Although there were no "frills", we had all the essentials we needed. The plain walls, flooring and decor, created a rather spartan feel to the room.

it was incredibly easy to find and my room was massive. The room was tidy and the beds comfortable.

the wifi, the poster for the password was hard to find and the signal even on the wifi was appalling. I could only get it if I stood by the door of my room. Also there were no drink making facilities and due to the event I was at, by the time I got back at 6 all the staff were gone so I couldn’t ask for any either.
