The breakfast was well done. It was difficult to rate as I arrived very late at 4.30 am due to airline issues and I was charged the full amount and only stayed for 5 hours.

There was no shuttle bus at the time I landed and I had trouble securing a lift to the venue from the airport. In the end it cost me 30 pounds cause I was directed to use the car park shuttle and then got lost. Luckily an Uber driver came to the rescue

Super close to the airport and easy to get there on an affordable shuttle. Breakfast included which was a nice touch. Friendly staff and easy check in/out.

They said they had a grab and go option for early breakfast but this wasn’t the case which was a shame. The aircon in the room was super noisy, difficult to get to sleep.

I requested my room to be cleaned on Friday the 27th of September, 2024 after it was not even cleaned a day before. To my greatest surprise, the bed was layed again with the old dirty cover including the pillow case (the dirt/stain on the cover was so obvious that anyone could see). that was really bad for an hotel of such standard. Pls try to improve on the cleanliness. Also during breakfast, the idea of cleaning/kitchen staffs coming to ask people if they are done eating while having having breakfast because they want to clear the plate and clean the table is a bit annoying because they could see that people were still eating.

The location is superb! We loved it was so close to the airport and shuttle bus service was a spot on! It was just what we needed. We didn’t look to go around London too much as we had less than a day between the flights, but if we were it would be super easy as there’s many connection to the city from Stansted airport.

First day the heating was still set on winter time, so it was super hot in the room. With sunshine getting through the windows and no AC it was impossible to stay in the room during the day. Since it was May, that was a bit odd. However, on the way back (7 days later) that was sorted and really pleasant to be in the room then.

When I arrived I was 2 hours early for check in but I was on crutches and accompanied by my small daughter. The lady at reception was very accommodating and was able to let me have an available room instead of waiting to check in. At breakfast I was assisted by a young man in the dining area who gathered my food items for me and then took them to my table for me. He was very helpful and polite amd the breakfast was delicious(particularly the sausages). The room was clean and i had everything I needed.

Only issue i had was with the mobile signal for my telephones Internet. I did not use the hotel WiFi but probably should have in hindsight. Not something I blame the hotel for.

The hotel is overall a good option for if you are travelling early from Stansted and need a place to stay nearby. The hotel offers breakfast from very early in the morning for those who are leaving early which is ideal. The rooms are well decorated and a decent size. The staff were friendly and gave a soft toy 'plane' to our 2 year old daughter during check-in which was a small but nice touch. The hotel was full of families which says alot about the good facilities. I'd recommend this hotel for those who are flying early from Stansted Airport.

The room itself had space for a small desk but did not have one (just a very thin shelf built into the wall) - this meant there wasn't anywhere in the room to put your personal belongings down or work from a laptop etc. The other thing was that the room was expensive for what it is - and you have to pay extra (£8) for parking which is not good especially as the room was already around £100!

The hotel was quite close to the airport, which is why it was selected for our stay. We stayed over for one night due to the time of our flight the next morning. The room was spacious and even had a seating area. I did request two single beds, but we ended up with a double. It was okay for one night, but I wouldn't have liked it for any longer than that. The bathroom was of a decent size too, just the shower curtain could do with a refresh. We liked that the shuttle bus to the airport stopped right outside the hotel and was one every half hour.

Our room was next to the carpark area, which felt a bit strange seeing people going past the window and car headlights flashing. We had to keep the curtain closed to avoid seeing the outside area. The breakfast was quite disappointing, although there were a lot of options there it was lukewarm. My Mom requested some hot milk for her breakfast and was told no that wasn't possible by one member of staff and then yes by another who went to get some for her! I feel like it would have been much nicer if it was hotter. We did mention to reception that the lock on the bathroom door wasn't working properly as well.

We arrived at the hotel at 6.30AM some six hours later than intended after a unexpected flight delay. We were tired and hungry and the hotel did everything possible to make us welcome, feed us breakfast (which was hot and delicious) give us a late check-out and generally make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This was our second stay at the hotel in the past two months and like the first was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I couldn't fault the hotel or the staff - excellent customer service.

Ive stayed at this hotel several times as my go to hotel when flying from Stansted but never managed to have the breakfast however thanks to Jet2 Twilight checkin I was able to have the early breakfast this time. Nice selection of cereals, beverages croissants bread etc which was a very nice start to the day. The room was comfortable clean and I had a good nights sleep in preparation for my early 6am flight Great frequent and efficient shuttle service between the hotel and the airport

There was a fault with the flushing mechanism of the toilet which meant that it kept running all night and the tank did not refill - thankfully this did not keep me awake but I noted it was still running when I woke up in the morning - I reported this to the reception as a fault.
