- the studio was brand new - you can store the luggage in the hotel even after you check out and collect it later - the kitchen in the studio was fully equiped (which isn't always the case) - there is a big common kitchen at the ground level and some other common spaces - the studio was regularly cleaned - automated check-in worked seamlessly

- unfortunately, the building has a central ventilation system so the room was more hot than it was outside - it was difficult to ventilate the room because there is only a small window that you can open - the cooling pool in the sauna area disappeared the last day we visited for some unknown reason

I didn't have breakfast, so I can't say anything about that, but the premises were very neat, cool, clean and cozy, and everything went very smoothly! I contacted staff once ahead of the booking and again at the premises and they were very pleasant! I had a very good experience and will definitely consider staying here again if I ever have a use for a hotel in the area.

The only slight downside and only reason I rated my experience a 9 instead of a 10 is there was a slight but noticeable draft in my room. Given that it was november, it was pretty cold out, so a draft can be a bit of a bother, and probably even more so in the winter.

Feeling of brand new aparts - furniture, bathroom facilities, comfy bed and dark curtains, kitchen with all utensils. The thing which literally SAVED me - drying closets at the laundry room (common area on 2nd floor, free to use). I soaked till bones yesterday, my only coat was wet, and I was so happy to find drying closets! I am so grateful! It is 5 min from metro, 10 min to centre by metro, shopping mall nearby though I didn’t have time to visit it. Technical station was new concept for me - on each floor, there is a closet with drawers where you can “borrow” hairdryer, iron, steam iron, etc. Staff very helpful. Interesting system of self-checking in and self-generating and activating card-key. I’m very satisfied with my stay there. Would use sauna, if I’d have time.

Modern, clean, and comfortable. Very well equiped and great communal areas and services available - well organised for a good guest experience, nice atmosphere. Office staff are available during the day and very helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Some small hiccups in communal services: the movie/playstation room is small, so it can be occupied just by one person/small group, and usually, it was in use when we checked. (I'm not sure if there is a booking system for it.) However, it's a minor thing. The booking system in the laundry room didn't quite work. The machine I booked was in use and probably had a domino effect when I needed to use another one. But we got our clothes clean and best to avoid busy evening times if possible.

The facility is clean, modern, and very convenient. Sauna is such a bonus! We would love to stay again :)

The room got very dry because of the AC. Also, we got locked out on the sauna outside balcony for 10 minutes when it was 0 degrees because we didn’t know we needed a key from the outside. This experience was terrifying, but luckily we were able to signal to a kind lady smoking outside and she saved our lives. I hope the facility will put up a sign to signal guests to bring a key outside.

Well.. Everything i liked!!! This is one of the best places i've ever been. The whole conception of studios combined with common facilities is just perfect.. And everything in style and very quality.. Movie room.. Library room.. Bussines room.. Perfect coomon kitchen (like plus on the perfect one in the studio). Perfect studio.. Welcomeness of the staff.. them smile on every word..them wish to help.. Allowing early check in(room was avaliable).. Is just something you see very rear in this bussines.. This place is just something else.. They have everything you need and they are doing all that you like a guest feel good.. Something very very good.. Respect And thank you.. Will be back 🙂

Its nothing to dislike in this place.

This Noli is conveniently located close to the metro and to bus stops, with large supermarkets also within a short walking distance. The studio has all that is necessary for a comfortable stay, simple and clear room scandinavian style. Cleaners came in every other day, which was very convenient for the garbage.

All was good. I would say it is more for just one person than for two, as the space between the wall and the bed is narrow on one side, but by walking sideways you can pass there.

So glad I didn't listen to the poor reviews as this was such a great stay. Things to know upfront: this is a suburb. It's got great transportation links, but it's not the center of Helsinki. You won't find a place like this in the center. Secondly: this is set up for residents, not hotel guests so everything is just that much extra. The full kitchen. The saunas (one for women, one for men and a mixed sauna). The gym. It's all meant for residents, not just fly in and out which means it's really well done. I loved having the option to "check out" appliances if I needed them. The check in process was really easy. I don't know why people were complaining. You literally just put in your passport details and that's it. It took two minutes. Based on previous reviews, I was expecting something terrible. Not only that but because I came at an off-season time, I was able to check in early with no extra charge. Clean, spacious and comfy. The full kitchen is especially good if you have dietary needs and prefer to pick up things from the grocery store.

The twin beds pushed together to make a double is normal in Europe but these weren't well secured so I kept falling through the middle.

Self served apartment, everything was clean and tidy, small but cosy. The lobby area was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable, and there was even a video game room. Easy to access, just 10 min walk from Herttoniemi station. There was a large supermarket in just a few minutes walk, where you can almost easily gets everything.

The first time access to self check-in wasn't really friendly. There was no one to let you know the entrance code even arrive early. The hair dryer were inadequate and stored outside the room.

The property is not located in the central area but there is a metro and a bust station within 3-5 minute walking distance, therefore, the price for the location is acceptable.

The property has a shared space, living room, working space, tv area and a kitchen. Very interesting and comfortable. You have small kitchen space in your room as well, hence, may choose where to prepare your breakfast etc.
