Easy check in I’ve stayed at a 4 star hotel near by at my last visit and this hotel my opinion was much better check is simple you get your own code so you have your privacy bed pillows bathroom was clean felt like home there was ac the windows open wide. All staff was really helpful and always welcoming i will definitely be back for my next visit to Düsseldorf thank you.

The parking is very convenient, as well as access to the u-bahn and s-bahn. Breakfast was cheap. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are accessible through a code. One of the locks malfunctioned, so we got a free upgrade without much fuss. Good customer service.

Vending machine doesn't accept card, which is a bit annoying when you want a midnight drink or snack.

Location ist Great. You have any Transport available around the corner. Clean, friendly staff, free parking and dogs allowed. I couldnt ask for more.

I Liked everythig. Just the rooms are a Bit small. I just stayed one night so, wasn’t for me a big deal. I missed a bottle of water maybe. But it’s also hard to find in many hotels.

It was clean , comfortable bed

Check in system ist complicated for people who can't use technology like old people .there were 3 check in device but just one was OK so imagine people comes midnight and all of devices be out of order. So what should they do? No fridgrator which is in winter ok but for summer ??

Location was next to bus and metro and so good for access to the city (10 mins). Free secure parking.

No staff. Checkin was online via computer at the door. Difficult to navigate the checkin process at the door. If arriving by car, there is nowhere to park before checking in, and you need to be checked in before entry to the underground car park.

Everything was great. Very clean and spacious room. Double and comfy bed. Very nice and modern. Staff very nice too.

It was a bit far from the center but actually in my case with the tram I just had one stop to arrive there and come back to work.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The shower was wonderful, which is especially nice after spending a long day in the cold. We also loved how easy it was to travel to the city center. The metro and tram lines are right across the street.

The bed was a bit firm and there was some noise disturbance from other guests coming in late at night, but nothing too severe or worth complaining about.

This is clearly one of the best, friendliest B und B hotels there is! Rooms are like. 'normal' hotels and not the cabins they are to me famous for. THANKS for having us.

Free parking, very comfortable and clean room, neat bed. Has an air conditioner. Great shower!

The only thing that was missing here is a small fridge. When reception is closed, you will have to wait for the opened door.

I liked the price and the car parking was great as it is free for hotel guests! It is directly opposite a Metro station which takes you to the center of Dusseldorf in 10 minutes.

Staff could have been a little friendlier and more helpful!
