The room, the view from the balcony, the hot tub, it was absolutely amazing and took some nice pictures too :D They also provide a porter to help bring your luggage to the room (very useful given the stairs)

The walk to the main road is a bit tiring with the stairs but it is a price to pay for this amazing view. The breakfast could have been a little more diversified but overall it was ok.

View and location were just perfect. The room was fine but would have been more comfortable with the bedroom on the same level as the rest of the room (had to climb a set of stairs which was not easy if you needed to get up in the night. Breakfast was much better than we expected.

Bed location (see above) Although this didn't directly effect us I thought it a bit petty not allowing your own snacks and drink in the pool area considering the price we paid for a room.

Too many steps to negotiate up and down each day for older people. Site does not explain that. We expected stairs in Santorini of course but 155 steps was a lot each day

Fantastic position, clean and specious rooms with all necessary facilities. Beautiful view from room and balcony and spa on balcony made stay really enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast bar had a good choice and variety. We had a late flight so they offered to look after suitcases and to use swimming pool. Friendly staff that help to carry our suitcases on arrival and departure.

Be ready for stairs but that’s Santorini in general.

We absolutely loved Tzekos Villas. The location in Fira, on the Caldera, was perfect. A very short walk to the center of town and the bus stop, it had a perfect sunset view and was away from the tourist traffic of the center of town. The staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. We stayed for 8 nights and never had any issues. A delicious continental breakfast was served every morning and the view from the dining area balcony was lovely. There was a bottle of Assyrtiko wine waiting for us in the room, which was a nice surprise. Our room was was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view from the balcony. We could see Akrotyri, Pyrgos, Oia, Therissa and the volcano, all from the comfort of our balcony. If you call the hotel when you arrive at the airport, they will have a porter waiting to help with luggage when the taxi arrives. The porter also helps with the luggage when you leave. It was the perfect small hotel and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The WOW factor of the sunset from your very own balcony was priceless. Staff were very accommodating particularly in helping with the luggage. Rooms clear and comfortable.

No complaints. Really enjoyed my stay. There is an uphill climb to hotel and lots of stairs but staff took care of my bags in and out even w early flight so just excellent

Views were exceptional from this cliff based hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - carried suitcases up and down stairs on both arrival and departure, Receptionist organized and printed departure check in forms, Very good varied selection at breakfast. Beds were super comfy. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Shower facilities were excellent - toiletries topped up daily. There are one or two short flights of stairs to the swimming pool and dining room but this is to be expected in a cliff based hotel. The hotel is very centrally located for the main shopping centre and bus terminus (trips to other towns and villages cost between 2-3 euros per person).

Only suggestion - although there was a kettle, cups and fridge in the bedroom; a microwave, eating utensils and crockery would have been much appreciated as we would have liked to spend the odd relaxing evening at the hotel. Eating out in central Fira especially at the cliff top restaurants can be expensive.

Ocean view was magical. Location was convenient to Fira, and we did a couple of activities and this was very easy to do from our location. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel is superb with a nice view to the caldera. We had a beautiful triple room on 2 levels. Eventhough we arrived early in the morning they checked us in and they offered us coffee or tea - whatever we would like to. The personal was always with the smile on the face and ready to help you. They all were marvellous. We booked the transfer with the hotel and they helped us with the luggage. I wouldn't recommend carrying your luggage on the steps. The guys from the hotel have experience. We had room 203- and we were very well situated for the breakfast and for the pool. It is true-there are many steps, but this Santorini on caldera. The towels and the linen were perfectly clean and smell very nice. Rooms were cleaned every day- changing towels every day, linen changed every 3 days. Breakfast was good and fresh. Pastry, cheese, olives, omelets, tomatoes.- everything was very tasty. I would recommend if possible for the future to let guests boiling the eggs like they do in France. In this way the eggs are not wasted and there is another way to eat eggs than omelets. Coffee was very good and strong. The views from the balcony of the breakfast room were astonishing. Breakfast starts at 7. Pool is very nice, good size and the water was very warm. Here I would recommend that the ladies with long hair not to be allowed to swim with the hair loose. It is very gross to feel a long hair on your arm while swimming into the pool. There is a cat that comes sometimes to the hotel. We named him Costello- please feed him if you met him. It is adorable.
