Modern facility. Large enough shared kitchen/seating space. Spacious rooms. Coffee machine to use for free :-) Would definitely stay here again.

Despite relatively new, some equipment (kitchen especially) is already worn out a bit. One of two stoves already did not function (we stayed there roughly a week ago before this stay, and it was still working) - so perhaps this was temporary. Also, there could be more hangers & hooks in rooms and perhaps a common space where cloths could be dried (since this is the likely start/finish place for famous Landmannalaugar trek).

The email re check in had the codes right at the bottom below a telephone number that didn’t connect, we didn’t realise there were 2 separate buildings (we arrived in the dark) The host was very responsive to our email though

Super easy to get the keys, one of our rooms was a door code the other was a lockbox. Everything was nice and clean. The shared spaces were large and plentiful. The beds were so comfortable, I wish my bed at home was like that.

The coffee machine was broken but that's not really a big deal. Not a complaint but more of a note it was not very lively in the common spaces if that's important to you.

Nice, clean room with a sink in it, shared kitchen and bathroom were in a good condition and clean.

Room was really rather small, not much room for 2 people to move around if you have more luggage.

Excellent room with it’s own newly decorated bathroom; everything very clean and spacious. The location is brilliant, near Seljalandsfoss and the ferry to Vestmannaeyjar (MUST see like Eldheimar and AVT Volcano). The environment all around the hotel feels like a painting, so beautiful. Highly recommend.

Pretty nice and clean, some kitchen appliances could use some maintenance, but it's nothing serious. All in all its definitely worth the money.

There was a weird chambermaid speaking only russian and acting quite unwelcoming. The process of automatic check in is a bit of a hassle.

Convenient location a few hundred meters off the highway, nice communal kitchen with two mini refrigerators (that had a functional freezer compartment as well!). Room had a wardrobe with hangars and three shelves which really helped organize my things.

It would have been helpful to have hooks on the wall to hang things to dry, instead, the only option was hanging in wardrobe, meaning water may drip on your things that are placed on the shelf.

Everything was awesome. The guest house was super clean, check in procedure was super easy, room was spacious and kitchen facilities had all you needed. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness, size, value, quiet, location, security, general comfort. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Only minor imperfection of the whole stay with a little awkwardness getting our code. We weren't using cell data in Iceland, so that make it trickier. Still, it just meant we had to make a couple of phone calls to figure it out.

There are no towel racks or anything like that. Seems like a minor inconvenience but becomes a major problem when there’s four of you with wet clothes, shoes, towels and only one curtain rail to dry everything.
