When we checked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who informed us of all the information we needed for our stay. The room was very spacious, which was great as we had extra things for our kid. The hotel provided a travel cot, which was great. The rooms were very clean. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and all the staff were great with our kid.

My only critique would be that the restaurant staff never offered us drinks. Both times we went to the restaurant during our stay, they took our food order and left immediately, leaving us with no chance to order drinks. A small complaint in comparison to such a lovely stay. Hope to return next year.

Room was good. We did not eat at the hotel - largely because we would have only eaten breakfast and the proce seemed high compared to the alternatives (and my companion is a vegetarian which means that often hotel breakfasts can be poor value)

I guess that I was just unlucky with timing - the shower was lukewarm. In addition, the car park was adequate, but we were travelling by mororcycle and much of the car park had loose gravel on the surface, together with varoius gradients - this is not good. I would appreciate a dedicated flat, solid surface dedicated to motorcycles (it doesn't have to be a large area)

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was well presented.

The tea at breakfast could have been stronger and the milk on the table was probably low fat or skimmed? Just a personal preference but I would have preferred full fat. The fruit on offer was mostly tinned mixed with some melon. It would have been nice to see pieces of fruit or a fresh fruit mix. I would have liked to have been able to open the windows more in the room but I realise I was on the ground floor so maybe that's a safety thing?

It was really a good stay fully worth its money. The lobby is very cozy with a fireplace where you can get yourself warm in nasty weather. The room was big and clean with all the utilities in good shape. Comfy beds made us well rested after the long road. While the pool might need some renovation, it was very well maintained, water samples were taken 2 times while we were there. There is also a small kids pool as well as some swimming stuff available for babies. They also do require caps in the pool, which are available for sale though for a very fair price. The restaurant on site was also great with a very decent kitchen and calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely staff, nice outdoor seating area. Room was large, clean and quiet. Nice clean bathroom. Lovely bar. I'd go back but only if bigger beds were available and they make the breakfast fry up from better ingredients.

Double size beds instead of king. (Especially for the money €282.60 for one room)...My partner is 6'1" and a double is just no good. Pushing two beds together is grand for kids but not when you're paying that kind of money for the night. Breakfast fry up was bland and tasteless.

We arrived at the hotel before 1pm and asked to check in around 2-3pm in my booking request. They replied that the check in was at 4pm but if the room was available they could let us in. When we arrived, the woman with French accent, lovely person, at the receptionist checked if there was any room ready. Turned out there was one and she let us in. The effort to check was unexpected, amazing. Breakfast and lunch were great. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool as well. Great place to stay in.

What we disliked I thought for the price of 341euros for 2 adults and 1 child (17), we could have had biscuits in the room with our tea and coffee or breakfast included. I would have happily paid 270 with no breakfast but still have biscuits in the room. Then we get a fridge with only 4 cartons of milk for 3 people.

What I did like was the friendly staff on reception. They were very helpful and kept me posted prior to us checking in and getting the room ready.

Breakfast was good, lots of cooked options but little fresh fruit /healthy options though - all canned fruit in syrups and no fresh fruit came with the porridge which was a little disappointing and bland. Food in the restaurant was quite good and came out fast! Rooms were lovely, clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful across every aspect of my stay. Would happily return, if I were in the area again.

It was a bit noisy, I could hear other guests shouting and playing music in their rooms but it stopped at a reasonable hour, thankfully.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely traditional hotel approached via a private driveway. Rooms decent size with plenty of light. Comfortable bed. Bath/shower. Breakfast good with cold/hot options. Restaurant / bar available for lunch/dinner. Ate here in the evening and food was very good. The hotel also has a spa facility with swimming pool available to guests. Large car park. The village of Oranmore is about a ten minute walk from the hotel and has a few bars/restaurants.

Only one problem was that there was some noise during the night from what may have been air conditioning unit which seemed to be intermittent but could not see any control switch for this.

I love this hotel. Staff are very professional and show great pride in their customers. Checkin was quick and convient. Rooms were spotless clean. Shower was amazing. Beds are so comfortable. I honestly would consider getting married in this hotel. It's extraordinary.

The room was very warm but that's understandable as Ireland is not use to humid weather so it's pointless having aircon all Yr round. I work in a hotel myself in Galway as a night porter and the common issue is aircon but I would not fault this hotel just for that. Get booking it short 7 minute walk to village with your guaranteed crack banter and a really good night to remember
