Very close to Times Square.... yet away from the crowd and noise ... Almost all facilities available at walking distance .... Rooms are large considering the location.... the bathroom was clean and spacious ... regular supply of linens and toiletries ... two queen size beds in the twin room ... sunlight into the room... lifts in the property are old but very fast ... Starbucks outlet in the lobby floor .... quite friendly and helpful staff ... self service laundry for guest use at a charge of $ 3 + 3 for washer and dryer .... on the whole a pleasant stay.

Did not like a water leakage on the lobby floor.... right in front of the reception desk.... that took 3 days to fix .... not expected from a hotel of this status.

Everything was great about the property, the location was excellent, just 5 mins away from Times Square and many other major attractions by walking. Subway stations was just 1 min away which was very convenient. There was a grocery store right outside the hotel. The staff was really warm, smiling and helpful.

The room size was too small for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) but I guess that’s the standard room size in that area for this price range as I had checked many other hotels of this price range and they had similar room size. Also there was no microwave in the room.

it’s a bit in need of a revamp. Only one USB point and it stopped working after a day Bathroom is a bit tatty Shower rail holder broken ( quickly fixed when reported) Storage drawer that kept opening unexpectedly ( also fixed when reported.) Toilet seat wobbly- didn’t report Bathroom door had flaking varnish The water cooler for guests in the lobby disappeared and didn’t reappear Shop in foyer didn’t have bottled water restocked None of these on there own are a particular problem but all together they indicated a bit of a lack of pride in the hotel

Location is excellent for Manhattan trip. In a minute you are in Times Square and you can reach everywhere by subway. There are too many good food facilities and restaurants around the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Woodbury outlet that you should go. Central station is in walking distance, 8-10 minutes.

Room is perfect for 2 adults with 2-3 luggages so a bit uncomfortable for 4 adult. Our city view was not like that I have expected. Lifts are sometimes not sufficient for the traffic but ok. For the breakfast do not think an American continental or Turkish breakfast so it was weak.

I liked the way the hotel manger handled a room misunderstanding.

When I booked the room I needed to have a space that could sleep 4 adults before booking I made sure the room I secured had joining rooms with double beds. The description on your site read DOUBLE ROOMS WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. I was tearfully upset to see what I thought was not true. I had to book another room I ended up paying both you and them. I am still upset about having to pay twice. I feel like I've been had.

The location is fantastic, everything is near. The bed was comfortable and the staff super friendly and helpful.

My suggestion to the hotel would be to be more sustainable, specifically in their coffee/bar. All the food is served in plastic/paper plates and cutlery and it seems just like such a waste and also not really on par with a Courtyard Marriott experience. There was an issue with the elevator-it broke down during our stay and a person got stuck. They fixed it of course and invited all guests to drinks and snacks in their coffee shop while we waited for it to work again. In general, the waiting time to use the elevator was quite long as one of the three was out of order.

Amazing customer service. Great location for tourists. Room was a perfect size and very clean. Great bathroom. No noise, aircon was great. Brilliant stay.

Brilliant stay. Like anywhere on New York streets can be daunting at nighttime so just be mindful of your surroundings

location, location, location…. close to the every thing we wanted to do…. subway was close and very easy to navigate…. we were able to check into our room early

We were checking out early in the morning when a lady came in trying to use the hotel facility - the hotel manager was trying to get her to leave - she would not - they were arguing; it was very loud she finally left but it was a little unsettling; she then approached us outside while we were waiting for our cab to take us to the airport…. she finally left as our cab drove up…..

Great location- nice and quiet- rooms very clean and housekeeping excellent- Comfortable beds - and great to have fridge and requested kettle and no problems at all

Nothing I didn’t like- I had asked for some information regarding travelling and opening times of jersey gardens- the lady wasn’t sure - apologised - As a tourist I expected face to face guidance instead of leaving me trying to get information from my phone / not very helpful

Excellent location. Rooms are big enough for 4, even though they looked bigger in the pictures.

Cleaning services left less towels than room occupancy 2 times. We overcame this problem by leaving a post it with nbr of needed towels at the bathroom mirror!
