Very comfortable bed, although the room was small, The location just off Times Square is good, but not optimal. Staff were courteous and helpful,

In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced given its barebones nature. There was no food, (including breakfast) although restaurants are right next door. The elevators were slow (a common problem in hotels). It was a little hard to find (a canopy would have helped).

Excellent location, very clean, renovated facility.

AC in the room was a bit noisy.

Perfect location to walk to Times Square, 5th Ave, and Rockefeller Center. Very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff.

Ice and Water was available only on one floor. No hand soap in the room , nor any cups for morning coffee. Bare essentials- no frills or extras.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location of the hotel is really handy, and despite being off Time's Square wasn't very noisy. There's a bar next door called the Long Room, which we didn't realise was part of the hotel, but it's really nice too. Room was clean and the toiletries and facilities were very good.

Room didn't come with a kettle but instead had a Nespresso machine. There wasn't always creme or milk so had to have coffee black, which we didn't mind and in fact got used to. On one day we didn't have any fresh cups, but we were able to reuse our old ones so it was all fine. Wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was huge. The heat was responsive. Room was well insulated from street noise, but as next to 1 elevator, got noisy periodically.

No ice machine, only giving 2 coffee cups, so either for coffee or water, both seemed cheap. Had to ask for bath towels as only supplied for 1 person, the first night. The restaurant next door, despite urgings to not cook/place eggs near wheat due to a severe Celiac affliction, my partner got sick 2 days in a row. The restaurant staff were nice but clueless.

Lack of amenities in room & hotel

The cleaning facilities were great, as the cleaning lady made sure to change our towels and make the bed - which was absolutely lovely.

At first we got a bad room, with a view to the indoor yard (which was almost claustrophobic). The window itself was lacking the glass and a plastic rectangle was taped up; the cold air was coming through. After a brief chat with the lovely staff, they gave us an other room which was brilliant - absolutely nothing to complain about. The experience with the first room did not impede us to have a great and cozy stay.

The team so so kind and helpful. Every single person we encountered was just lovely, always ready to help, always nice and smiley. We truly felt so welcomed. Special thanks to Carlos and the night shift engineer that fixed our AC super promptly at around 11 pm (I am sorry I can't mention anyone else by name, I wish I knew the names of all of you, cause you truly deserve a props!). The Hotel was perfectly located, well cleaned and equipped, very comfortable, fairly priced considering it is NYC, very pretty and cozy.

I have nothing bad to point out!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Times Square. There is nothing special about the hotel or room, it is just a nice, clean, convenient place to stay. The price we got seemed quite cheap for NY standards so we were pleasantly surprised that everything looked quite new.

The outlook wasn't anything special. Looking into the back of another building. We weren't there for the views though! The air con unit was quite close to the 2nd bed and one of our group kicked his shin on it getting up in the morning.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Our room was quite large. No view or anything but we had good space.

The fitness center was pretty limited. It had two treadmills, a Peloton bike, and some free weights. It would have been nice to have an elliptical or something, and a couple more options. There’s also no breakfast. Price was standard NYC so no real benefit there.
