There wasn’t breakfast but guests are entitled to a hot dog, panini and a drink from Bisbee Beer Garden. I stayed for a week so though it was an add on, it will be nice in future if guests are not so limited as I didn’t like the panini, hotdog and soda or beer.

The air con in the room is loud when it is blowing cold air but that was for about 15 or more minutes then it goes quiet for about 55 minutes and start again.

Really appreciate the staff for being so helpful. I had left my prescription glasses in my room after checking out and the staff were able to find them and ship them back to me in Virginia literally the same week. So kind and professional!

It is very nice, cosy hotel with perfect location and affordable prices. Rooms are small but it is a perfect choice if you’re planning to spend days outside and then go back to have a shower in clean bathroom and sleep in comfortable bed.

Hotel tried to take payment for first night, that was declined by Revolut as not authorised by card holder and they “released the room for re-sale” which is not kind of information you wanted to acknowledge 2 days before your trip. It’s 2023, cybersecurity and protecting credit cards is with us for some time already, so it’s about time to learn how to handle them. Also A/C was not working I notified front desk about it, service was not able to sort it out and there was no other room where we can be moved except the one where other A/C unit is loud. I “fixed” A/C by turning it on my own.

Everything was very nice and clean. And the staff was very accommodating. But the location is tough to beat. Across the road from the Times Square subway station. A Block away from a target, a dave and busters, and a wax museum. Not to mention it's directly next door to a great pizza place. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

The only complaint I may have that I don't even blame the hotel for is the size of the room. The reason I don't blame them for how small my room was,is because first of all it's new york city lol. But also if I planned my trip a but earlier I could've gotten a room more suitable for me and my friends.

The room was small but it’s NYC so that’s expected. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and staff was great. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s 1 block off Times Square so it’s quiet but extremely convenient. The theaters are all walking distance. The subway stop is across the street. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be staying here for my next trip to NYC

The only 2 things that could have made this hotel any better would be more outlets in the room, there was only 1. And more shelves on the walls. I know space is a premium but they could use the wall space more efficiently. Both of these are minor things.

Check in was a breeze! Mimi was awesome and very friendly. We were able to check in early to our room, which was nice since we had an early flight in. The rest of the staff, including housekeeping, were excellent! The room was small, but a fine size for sleeping. A/C worked great! We never felt cramped. The elevator was always quick and never crowded. Awesome awesome awesome location! We would definitely stay here again!

Although the shower was a decent size, water did leak out a little and got the rest of the floor wet. The fan in the bathroom didn't work well, so it got very steamy. Not any major issues though!

The hotel was at an excellent location. My partner and I checked in early on Saturday, the room was available when we arrived at 11am which was great since we were going to a 2pm matinee of Take Me Out which was only 4 blocks away. We checked out Monday morning and got coffee at the hotel before we left and the front desk person was very helpful with using the coffee maker. The room met our expectations, flat screen tv with good selection of channels, bathroom and room were modern and extremely clean.

Gleason's Pub which was in the ground floor of the hotel was permanently closed, hope something else goes in the location in the near future, it would be nice to a have a place to grab a meal there. However on Sunday afternoon we got pizza at Carnegie Pizza which is literally right next to the hotel and the pizza was excellent would definitely eat there again.

I loved the location! The theater is right next door to the Nederlander theater and across the street from the New Amsterdam Theater stage door. If you are visiting to see some shows- this hotel is in a great location! Less than a 10 minute walk from Times Square and most of the main theaters. It is also close to some subway entrances so you can get around easily. The room is "simple" but clean. My room wasn't large, but I was only in there for sleeping so it worked out perfectly for what I needed. You get a mini fridge, but no microwave. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful :)

Nothing to complain about. The room was smaller, but still worked out fine for me. My view was in the back of the building so there wasn't much to look at, but again, I wasn't there to spend a lot of time in the room, so it didn't bother me.

very close to times square! very small but cute hotel within walking distance of a lot of places! I would stay here again if the price was the same or lower. Bed was very comfortable as well. Family member stayed in pent house- it is totally awesome with a balcony and pullout couch and soooo much bigger than other rooms there.

Rooms were very small, even for NYC. Stayed in a queen room alone and it was like staying in a tiny cute closet with a queen bed. There is no way two people could stay in the room I was in unless you had 1 suitcase and maybe a small bag. If you have 2 large suitcases, good luck! Opened window curtains to a a lovely view of a brick wall 5 inches away but thats city life and kinda expected.

perfect for a solo traveler! the location is excellent, the underground station is across the corner and times square is just one block away. the room was comfortable, a bit small maybe but it was perfect for me. i was all by myself for 12 nights and had a perfect stay. unlike other hotels, the room wasn’t noisy. the bathroom was clean, the water pressure was amazing and the amenities they provide are one of the best i’ve encountered. the staff is nice and friendly, everyone at the front desk was willing to help me with a smile on their faces. it’s a really small hotel, it doesn’t have lots of rooms, so the lift wasn’t crowded at all, despite only having one.
