Room was exceptionally well furnished and designed. Enough space and a stunning bathroom. Everything you would need was provided right down to make up removal pads to keep the pillows fresh. Stunning service for an exceptional stay. From doorman, reception to the absolutely thorough and friendly butler service and cleaning/ hygiene team. Great staff, great advice on restaurants from the consierge, good conversations with the life guard/pool attendant and very friendly doormen! Nice little pool, nice and large room (junior suite).

The restaurant is a little gloomy and not very family (read kid) friendly - but the food is great (although very expensive), the lobby is very small.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

what a beautiful little gem of a property right in the middle of the theatre district. beautiful well appointed rooms. all staff stands on their head to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. breakfast was exceptional and portions enough to feed a group. dinner on the mezzanine was perfect. definitely a keeper 👍

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean all round and the room was very spacious. Great location too.

The spa was a bit dated and small.

The Lambs Club has a super cool Art Deco vibe (kind of like stepping into the Overlook Hotel from the Shining but in a good way) and the food/drinks were superb! Love how close it is to the theaters and dinner. Can walk everywhere.
