The hotel has an amazing location right at the beach, the rooms are very nice and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast was good and delicious and the staff was super friendly. And I highly recommend the cheap massage with a view at the ocean.

A la carte menu didn’t had much options and quite pricy for average food.

I was pleased with the quality of the rooms. They were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and boasting a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. Upon arrival, I had a great check-in experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome right from the start. It set a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

While the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, it didn't quite match the standards set by other aspects of my stay. It was decent but lacked the variety and freshness I had hoped for. For dinner, I decided to try the a la carte pizza. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The flavor was lacking, and the overall quality was disappointing. I made sure to provide feedback to the waiters in the hopes that it would be taken constructively for future improvement.

The staff was very welcoming from the onset till we checked out. There was a variety of food , homely made for people with different needs .The rooms stayed cleaned during our stay and were quite comfortable.

The beach didn’t seem to clean and the tv did not work for the whole stay

The Staff were great; all the way from the Manager to the Waiters and Gatekeeper. They were pleasant and helpful. Beautiful and peaceful beaches, devoid of the harassment from Beach Boys, usually experienced in Diani and Mombasa's Noth Coast. Breakfast was great with a variety of juices, even though the majority were not fresh, I.e. from the Supermarket, lots of pastries/ bread/pancakes, cereals, different types of eggs, sausages, etc.

The rooms are dark during day time and one has to keep the lights on. The facilities were clean but a lot of them, including towels were old and need revamping and modernising.The kettle was broken and there was no desk to write on, except the same one with the Coffe tray. The Menu was limited and quite expensive for live-in guests.

The WiFi is almost not existing. Only around reception it worked reasonable. And as the safaricom network is very bad there too one has to go to the reception area for any kind of communication. If this problem can be solved I will come again if not, sorry. I can imagine that I'm not the only one who suffers with this issue. Thus I would highly recommend the management to install a modern WiFi system in order to avoid loss of clients

Loved this little resort by the beach! Amazing pool, super friendly staff, right on the beach! Good sized rooms and felt you were tucked away in paradise. Big shout out to Jacob! We came for Kilifi new year's and this was the perfect chill out spot! Highly recommend

Only one issue, our air con didn't work for a couple of nights, but they fixed it and all was restored :)

The environment was cool! It was a relief to get back to the hotel to a cool breeze, and hospitable staff after a day out in the scorching sun and heat of Kilifi! As a colleague remarked, it felt like coming home. The staff, though few were at hand to attend to our needs. The food was great! My best regards to the team, led by Wesley. The hotel is also accessible so a person with disabilities will find it fairly easy to move around.

Not really too big a deal, but I couldn't find sockets in the room. Had to use the bed switch

I loved the location close to the lovely white sand beach and the Indian Ocean. Also, I liked the idea of building the guest houses in the traditional style - rounded, using natural materials like clay and wood. Each house has a small terrace, i can imagine resting there and falling asleep while listening to the sound of ocean waves. The houses are surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. And yes, there are many wonderful baobab trees around. Should i have not travelled for work, I would definitely enjoy lovely vacations days in this lodge.

Few and rather insignificant things. A painfully slow internet connection, a poor internet security, and the cold water in the pool - the ocean was definitely warmer. However, with some efforts to find the best location and WiFi to join my zoom calls on the first day (big thanks to the supportive personnel!!!) and finding the right time for ocean swimming using the Tide app (during the low tide, you can cut your feet since the ocean bed has some sharp stones and corals), everything was resolved. I was sorry to leave when I finished my job thinking "now it's the time to enjoy this place".

For what we needed it was ideal, staff were very good and the food good. We were almost the only people staying for any length of time. Others came for a night or two. The swimming pool needs a bit of attention and there were some alterations near the sea front taking place. In the bedroom it would be good to have some extra sockets especially for the kettle on the desk.. For a quiet rest it was good. Maybe a little far from the main town and own transport would be good. Our stay was very good for what we needed as we were working a distance away, therefore the quietness was good. The grounds were very pleasing.

As mentioned the swimming pool needed some minor attention and more electric sockets needed in the bedroom.

On the first day, the room I was given got flooded, the staff moved me to a new & better room immediately. The pool is iconic and the fact that the sea is right there?? Fabulous.
