Views and food were amazing

pool sometimes was not super clean and the beach is not the best place to chill

The resort is quite comfortable offering a good place for relaxation. The beach is clean and wide with calmer water unlike in south coast. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. It's a wonderful place for holidays. The swimming pool is a site to behold.

There was a problem with the AC in our room, in that it kept tripping the MCB. They were unable to fix it and it made the room hot at night. The crows snatch food from unattended plates and tables.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful and always tried to address guests by name. The staff always attempted to provide a 'personalised service' to guests and seemed to remember what people enjoyed or liked. Specially liked the pool with direct access to the beach. Our suite was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

It would have been good to see more variety at dinner. We were on a half-board basis and although it was not a huge variety the food was good. Note there were however other items a la carte during the day if required.

They have a wide array of breakfast options one thing that stands out is the chefś attention to detail and the food is freeesh the sea food was to die for!

The distance getting there and also itś abit far from sight seeing options but once you are in the resort they really make you forget the outside world but you need to plan ahead for travel to the major tourist attraction sites.

All the facilties were good. Food, pool staff shower and bath very spacious very relaxing Hotel.

That in half board for supper you had to pay for drinks seperate. Breakfast they were included cofee tea or fresh juices. Salty water in the swimming pool which wasnt good for my fiancè's skin.

This hotel is set overlooking Kalifi beach where you can see white sand & turquoise waters. The suites are huge & very plush. The staff go over & beyond their call of duty. Food is great it's a very clean hotel. Spa treatments are also good value for money.

The spa treatments were amazing. However it would.do with an injection of spa aromas & music to give you the feeling of calm & serenity. The staff could also be a bit more organised & have someone on the reception desk when you arrive . About of soul missing in the spa area.

I had a delightful 3-night stay, enjoying the well-appointed room I was assigned and the convenient swimming pool located just outside the room's back door. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, always willing to go the extra mile in assisting with any queries that arose.

The ability to step down from my toom straight into the salt water pool was pretty great. The staff were lovely - attentive in simple ways (a towl and cushion appeared as soon as I showed signs of life), but didnt hover. The room was very simply decorated. A nod to the Coast but no more and very well kept up.

If you are looking for a full beach holiday, watch the beach access. It is really only accessible at certain times of the day due to coral and waves...they could negotiate with the neighbours to use their ramp and lengthen beach access times...

The breakfast wasn't exactly great. Very limited options to pick from. Location is okay except for the fact that it further stresses anyone thats been on a long journey given the distance from Mombasa Airport. Its however the perfect get away spot.

The breakfast options can be better. The WiFi wasn't great and could hardly transmit audio and video calls.

I don’t know where to start with this hotel it’s a Morden hotel food is amazing rooms are huge let’s not talk about the big bathroom and bath tubs. the sheets mattress my goods pillows I slept like a baby. the dinner was amazing breakfast was amazing ther buffet is quite nice the staff are alwys helpful and very pleasant I really enjoyed my stay
