After booking and paying for another hotel, we discovered last-minute reviews about severe bed bug and cleanliness issues, so we decided to switch to the Holiday Inn—and it was the best decision we could have made. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and felt safe and welcoming. While the room was a bit smaller than expected, the cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism more than made up for it. The staff went above and beyond, even late at night, to ensure our family felt cared for. Holiday Inn turned a stressful situation into a pleasant stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and stress-free experience!

The location is great. A 5-10 min walk from Hammersmith station in the West end of London. A lot of pubs and restaurants around. Easy access into central London and to and from Heathrow. It’s connected to a Wetherspoons pub that seems to be open very early and pretty late, a cheaper pint in London you are unlikely to find. Good place to start and finish your night. Near to a bunch of theatres if thats what you’re in town for, Chelsea and Fulham football stadiums are just a short bus ride away. Breakfast was great, with cooked English style options like bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Coffee is terrible mind you, the machine just uses instant coffee powder….I’m sure they could stretch to a proper coffee machine that uses freshly ground beans.

The coffee at breakfast…..instant coffee….really?? The water pressure of the shower….just too weak. I like my showers to be hot and the water strong.

Hotel is in a great location for visiting London. Easy to get to from the M4 / A4. Onsite parking but is on a first come first serve basis. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very busy but food was kept well stocked. You have a choice of eateries a short work from the hotel including a Wetherspoons next door We stayed here because we were visiting Olympia Events (Spirit of Christmas) which as only a short walk away. We are staying here again in December for the Christmas markets and will either get the tube / taxi / Uber into the city centre

Breakfast Coffee machines broke down on second morning. Worth investing in new machines as the coffee is not the best quality and better food warmers as only luke warm. Other than that all good Advise that if you want a quiet breakfast go at early or late

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting my daughter and visiting the Apollo theatre. Located just off the high street so nicely away from the night traffic. 10 minute walk from the tube station was a bonus. Missed breakfast one morning but used the Wetherspoons next door which was good value for the beer and food. The breakfast at the hotel was perfectly good when used the next day. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. I would definitely visit again.

Slightly baulked at the cost but I suppose it's London. I didn't have to stay did I?

The location was perfect and Hammersmith is a great place to stay for a family trip. The prices of food and drinks at the Hammersmith restaurants are affordable compared to prices at the London city centre and it is easy to take the tube to all the main attractions. The hotel location was peaceful and the staff nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok with some hot options (sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, etc.)

The air conditioning seemed to be working but actually it didn't t cool the room at all. At the night time it was difficult to sleep because the room was so hot. Also the noise of the train railway was quite loud, but we got used to it. We had one king side bed and a sofa, which was transformed as a bed for two people and that was very unconfortable and tiny for sleeping.

Been in London 4 times before, this gem was the most value for money hotel in London. Located in Hammersmith, which is connected with three metro lines to Lodnon PLUS directly connected to Heathrow with Piccadily line. Fantastic price for a four bedroom with breakfast (for London terms) and personel very polite and helpfull. They changed every day towels which was a plus. I missed the cheese from the breakfast and coffee was not to my taste, apart from that (price wise) super. Also a very convenient neighborhood, with diners, malls, super markets, coffee shops with reduced prices compared to central London. 100% recommended for London hotel.

We loved the location the most. It’s a nice part of London and the hotel is close to 2 underground stations which is super. The breakfast was ok, but could be better. We loved that they have an option to order vegan sausages. The staff was lovely and helpful.

We wish the floor tiles in the bathroom would be fixed as they were almost lifting under our feet when we were walking. The breakfast doesn’t offer much options. I would love to see some fresh fruit/veggies, waffles/pancakes, cheese or boiled eggs, but unfortunately there were none of these options.

Nice location, not far away from underground station Hammersmith with 4 underground lines. Good breakfast until 0930 (1030 on Sat+Sun). Very clean hotel. Got fresh towels every day.

We were 3 persons but there is absolutely no possibility to hang up our wet towels anywhere in the bathroom or room after the shower.. Only 1 small towel rail for 1 small towel in the bathroom, however not wide enough for the big shower towel. No cupboard in the room, only a small rail with 5 clothes hangers. Almost impossible to store luggage and clothes anywhere.

The bartender/security guy and the kind sir that checked us in. They were super kind. And also happy hour was great. The location was great only a 10 min walk from public transport and a lot of shops and food nearby with a restaurant at the front of the hotel (take the alleyway to get to the front of the hotel)

The shower kept going super hot all of a sudden and was not the cleanest. Breakfast was a little one toned and not of the best quality. The sausages and hash browns were dry (even tho there were good options)

Staff were fantastic, specifically the receptionist who welcomed us, I don't remember her name to give her a shout out (possibly beginning with an S) - The booking.com website said we could request early check in as a tick box, so I did, as we were arriving in the morning. I assumed this was automatically accepted, I unfortunately hadn't seen that i had an email denying this request, the receptionist was unaware that this was even an option but she spoke to her manager who was very lovely to let us check in early. I did say it was absolutely fine if we couldn't, we were happy to go for a mooch around the area, it's my own fault for not seeing the email from them, but as we were already there and we were polite to them, they allowed it. The room was clean, tidy, bed's were comfortable, room was the perfect temperature, easy to use shower, nice modern bathroom, anything you don't have/forget to bring the hotel can provide it for you. Location was perfect for us, a couple minutes walk from the theatre that we had tickets for (Shrek the Musical is fantastic btw), HUGE variety of shops a couple of minutes walk away, tube at the end of the street. Would reccomend, 10/10. Thank you for our stay

N/A, we have no complaints. If i had to nitpick, the TV is a little old school, may be time for an upgrade. Otherwise, nothing negative to report.
