Excellent location, really lively area and 3 underground lines connecting with other parts of London. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved the room which was nice and clean, AC perfectly working, really good shower pressure and everything we needed, including tea in the room. Breakfast was delivered to us so could have a quick brekkie in bed before going out. Really pleased with our stay and will definitely return.

Can't think of anything we didn't like

Normally stay in the Hilton or Novotel weekly but had to make an exception due to availability. The Receptionist was a gent, took a while to find my booking as I booked a few hours before arriving, he couldn’t of been more hospitable offered me a water cold can of coke and some Lindt chocolate. Location is right by the tube station, shops and plenty of food establishments. Breakfast pack brought to room in the morning included orange/apple juice a fresh pastry (different kind each morning) piece of fruit a yogurt and breakfast bar which was handy to take into office. Could not hear any of the noise from the street and England had just won the football so was very noisy outside. Would stay again.

My room was upgraded, which was fantastic. I loved the continental breakfast delivered to my door each morning - really great idea. The air-conditioning was fabulous as well as windows that open; really helps in muggy weather. Shower was great, room was brilliant, comfy bed, extra pillows, all was brilliant with my room & happily stay again.

I specifically chose Seraphine as it had a lift as I have mobility issues - without any prior notice, the lift was out of service & had to climb 8 flights of stairs to my room. Admittedly, reception carried my bags to help, but what if a completely immobile customer in a wheelchair had checked in. Notice should've been given prior to booking. Also, I paid a very high rate to stay, yet on the day of check-in, the same room was well under half the price I paid just 3 days previously. I got an upgrade, but I think if I hadn't, I'd be pretty upset!

This is our third stay with Seraphine as it is a really good hotel. It is nice and clean, everything working perfectly and quiet for a good sleep. We stayed in a double room and it is comfortable and big enough with space to store baggage. We didn't have breakfast this time but usually they give you a box with a couple of snacks and juice to add to your tea/coffee facilities in the room.

We stayed in the building overlooking the main road this time and last, and although is not so bad, two sets of stairs with luggage can be a bit much. Hopefully they will add a lift or some way to ease the 2 floor climb.

We told them in advance that one of us had a knee problem and they were very attentive and responsive even before securing our reservation, allocating us a room just next to the lift and to the reception, and checking on us during our stay to be sure everything was OK. We didn't complain about the breakfast, as we were fully aware about it before booking, yet the manager? owner?, with whom we stumbled upon at the hall, felt compelled to tell us that they're working on that too. So we look forward to that being improved but we'll be back again anyway as the room was big, clean and comfortable, a rare find overall compared to previous stays in London.

Nothing. They gave us just one key, but that might be our fault as we never asked for a second one.

The location was close to the station and shops. The bed was comfortable. The room was lovely, nice rainfall shower set in the ceiling, hairdryer was provided, breakfast was a continental style pain au chocolate yoghurt apple and small muffin with a bottle of orange juice delivered to our door at the time of our choosing. It was only for 1 night, but it was worth every penny.

The giant lamp over the bedside table looked nice, but when you want to chill in bed with your breakfast and a coffee, it was too big to reasonably use the little table.

Good location to everywhere. Comfortable beds.Room is well designed. Bathroom small but has all you need plus a fabulous rain shower. Breakfast is Continental but satisfying. Staff at reception friendly and accommodating.Value for money.Good deco.Slept well.Tea and coffee provided in the room, which is a bonus. Before the stay I had asked to have a room accessible to a lift as my mother is elderly and would not manage alot of stairs, and we were given a room on first floor and right next to a lift.Had a great Comfortable stay.Thankyou

More coffee and tea would be useful in the room.Extra pillows above the wardrobe did not seem to have had the pillowcase changed from previous guest.

A lovely modern interior with a classic thirties exterior, this hotel is located a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground stations, along a fairly quiet main road. The check in staff were brilliant, accommodating our late arrival with no fuss at all. The room and bathroom are furnished to a good standard, especially the bathroom, with its walk-in shower with choice of fitting to use. A basic "picnic" breakfast box is included, and delivered in the morning at a time arranged, and whilst it was excellent quality, it is rather sugar-heavy.

The room, whilst beautiful, was a bit small for us. My partner is very tall, and I am not slight, so the standard double bed wasn't ideal. There was not a huge amount of space around us - the room could not have accommodated a larger bed. Also, the window blind didn't work properly, and we reported this. As mentioned, the breakfast box had good quality ingredients, but the selection was not really suitable for anyone who is diabetic! All in all it would have been ideal for a solo traveller.

Location & very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were terribly disappointed with the breakfast - we were lead to believe when booking that we would have a proper buffet breakfast. The breakfast boxes are really not very nice & it’s terrible eating sitting on your bed! Also, I would like a glass to drink water out of. I always have a glass in hotel rooms. First of all we were put in part of the hotel where there was no lift so I asked the be moved as well have arthritis in my knee & couldn’t manage the stairs. It was very odd having a hotel split into two different sections. I felt better with a lift & reception on hand.

The fantastic welcome! Such friendly staff, made myself and my mum feel very special. .we were upgraded to a larger room which was amazing! The location is perfect for the tube and Eventim Apollo. . Very clean, spacious and modern. .The carpet felt bouncy and brand new,! Loved the bed/pillows. .very comfortable. .The t.v was huge! Was so happy the windows opened wide, I dont like just relying on air.con. . The courtesy phone call to check how we liked the room was such a kind gesture. . The bathroom was spotless! The toilettries smelt amazing . Nice breakfast box to take away too. . Loved it all. .

No fault of the hotel, but main road noisy at times. . .
