Very basic but modern studio, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, wife, nice clean bathroom, hot shower. Quiet area, close to the beach. Around 20 min walk from the centre, beautiful walk down the beach ⛱️ So if like these walks this place required it. Nice restaurant nearby. Bioluminescent beach and flamingos 15 min walk. We really liked this place, stayed there for 6 nights.

If there is a rainy season, roads might be floted, so taxi will be required.

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was an easy, short walk to the beach and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The AC worked well, as did the hot water. The WiFi worked perfectly until the thunderstorm, at which stage it was off for more than 24 hours (to be expected on an island). It was excellent value for money.

These things weren't a problem for me but might be for other guests: the linen was perfectly clean but was worn and stained. There was no coffee machine, just a kettle that didn't work. The biggest problem I had was that the stairs are very badly designed and, in the massive thunderstorm, they became a literal waterfall. Despite my greatest care, I slipped and fell down the stairs because they were so flooded with water.

It was new, great view if you are on the first or second floor. We stayed at room 12. Spacious, good shower

The staff was not very acomodating, we asked a few questions about where to change money or local tips and they had no idea. Far away Location! It is worth staying there if you are renting a boogie or willing to pay boogie cabs. Maybe with bikes if the water in the streets is not to high (you find lots of huge puddles across the street that you have to work your way around or take shoes off and roll up pants and wade through). If we would have had a kitchinnette then Location would have not mattered as we would be able to cook instead of walk 20/30 min each way to have dinner.

Everything perfect!! Remote and quiet location, walking around 15 minutes got us to a beach where we could see bioluminescence at night, which was so magical!! Helpful and kind staff. Recommended to everyone who wants to disconnect from the hectic life for a while

The first day the internet was a bit weak, but it solved itself shortly. Quite understandable given the location

This hotel has big rooms with king size beds.. shelves for your close and a good size fridge..There are plates Bowles.No stove but the rooms do have microwaves. The showers were nice the rooms were serviced frequently and the staff did a very nice job..My over all experience with this hotel was very good and I would stay here again.

It's is a 15 min walk to town but if you look around the area has everything you need from close beach bar, restruants and a store near by.

Very comfortable stay here. Great aircon and amazing big comfy bed. Nice to have a small fridge to use and some crockery available too. Shower is nice and powerful and has hot water. The beach is a short walk

The only thing that is a challenge for this place is how far it is from the town. It is a good 20 minute walk which can be hard in the heat however the cost is cheaper because of this.

The kitchen so open and we’ll equipped. We lost power due to a storm, we had a gas stove, marvellous!!!so many windows, natural light poured in upstairs and downstairs. A short walk to town was wonderful although around the corner was a store and restaurant. Very convenient…..

Nice big room Comfy bed Quiet area

No drinking water available and the only shop to buy it nearby is cash only. We ran out of cash and the only atm with pesos was closed (and also far away in centre of town). Having water available would be a massive improvement. Location is far from town so having bikes available would also be a huge bonus. There were bikes there but we were told we couldn't use them

I loved the hotel! for this price I couldn't imagine anything better. the best water pressure I've seen in Mexico, hot water! kitchenette was equipped with basic stuff - fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. the bed was comfortable. there was free drinkable water available! that was extremely handy as there is no shop nearby. beautiful location, 2 mins to a beach, you can hear birds chirping and see lizards. very helpful manager, he even got us to the ferry. I highly recommend!!

Although it was afar form the centre, I liked the location; it is close to the eastern beaches of the island which are not as crowded as those downtown. Light pollution is not severe so you can observe the Milky Way all night long.

It was difficult to get the wi-fi password. Plus, given the hotel is a bit away form downtown, you might be in the need of renting a vehicle. We picked a couple of bicycles, which may not have been the best option. it was difficult lo move along the island during this rainy season, it might be easier through a gulf cart or a can-am vehicle, these options are a bit expensive though.
