No windows.

Great hotel with upscale boutique vibes. Good location in Manila, close to the entertainment district but also quiet and proper. The facilities were great, clean and modern. There is a kettle and fridge in the room. There is also a cafe downstairs which is convenient. Very friendly staff.

The pillows and shower head could do with replacement. They hold a deposit of 2,000 per room on a credit card to cover for possible 'coffee or blood stains' which is a little unusual but suppose it is due to the hotel allowing guests for leisure.

Nice and clean rooms

Wanted to charge us 1,000PHP for stains on the sheet. After endless discussions and a flight thats about to leave without us, we've just left the property. Employee followed us. After my brother in law told them he will report them in malacañang they finally let us go. Still trying to fix this issue.

Another stay where I was a difficult guest, but the staff went above and beyond and did everything in their power to meet my needs, which for this particular stay was strong wifi. They’re in the process of upgrading the WiFi, but at the time of my stay some areas had much stronger and more consistent signal than others. They took me around to a bunch of other available rooms to test the WiFi and make sure I could move to another room that would have the best signal. The rooms are rustic and pretty cool and I was comfortable during my stay. Location is great too, walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Overall great value.

Great location and nice chill out reception area. Staff, especially the restaurant staff and security staff are really helpful and kind. Ok vegan options in the restaurant but very limited at breakfast time.

The first room we were allocated didn’t have a window so it felt like sleeping in a cupboard! We asked to be moved and they did move us the next day. Apparently we booked a room without a window but when I looked back at the room options I could not see any mention of no window - so double check this before you book unless you are ok with sleeping without a window. The second room was much nicer and bigger but the air con was very noisy.

Great location, it’s safe also when walking at later hours Breakfast was good if you eat meat as you can choose between different options and you won’t leave hungry as portions are big. We liked the included slippers and toothbrush We also liked that it’s not too far from the airport (30 min. drive)

Floor in the room wasn’t super clean at least at places where it’s not so easy to reach (around the table legs) Another breakfast option for vegetarians would be great Shampoo dispenser in our shower was empty At hallway there was some really loud noise coming from an aggregate or something, but we didn’t hear it inside the room

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the airport (by taxi) located in an area full of restaurants and next to a 7/11 open 24 hours. I appreciated the politeness of the staff, the clean rooms equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The information provided on booking.com corresponds perfectly to reality.

Staying for less than 15 hours, not much to comment on. The breakfast is served in the lobby, with a menu suitable for a 3-star hotel. I had breakfast included, but it was not clearly defined what was included in the breakfast without additional costs. It is unpleasant to keep asking the waiter if a certain type of food/drink is included or not.

It’s our first time to stay here. I chose this place because it’s in Makati and is near our appointments for the week. The traffic just sucks on Makati Ave but the hotel itself is nice and cozy. Small lobby but functional, and it smells good too. Staff are friendly and accommodating despite few mishaps they still try to deliver what’s being requested. Thank you for your good service! We stayed in a superior room, wifi is working, smart tv, beddings are super comfy and smells good. Bathroom is clean. Hot/cold shower works. AC isn’t too noisy. For the food we’ve only tried tapsilog and bangsilog, and they’re delish!! All in all our stay was comfortable and this hotel was worth our money. Would stay again!

Great hotel, the nicest staff you could ask for, and a good restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is a bit far from some Makati destinations, but transportation is easy and the Power Plant mall can be reached in about 10 minutes walking time. The cafe in the hotel has great food with good service. Also, the Kanto restaurant next door is a nice place. A block away is a 7-Eleven and Starbucks. The neighborhood is a red light district, but the hotel is set a few blocks away from that area.

My first stay here, I booked the least expensive room, but it's an inside room with no windows and poor wifi/data reception. I suggest booking a room with a window (look for "city view" on the list of amenities). It's a little more expensive but worth it.

From the first moment I got out of the taxi was perfect , the guard at the door was there right away and took my luggage inside the hotel for me, the he took me to reception where in front of me were two smiling friendly faces which made me feel at ease right away , I will always remember Jinkey she was a perfect employee, she welcomed me with a beautiful smiling face explained everything about the hotel and a short form I had to fill out and nothing I asked was a problem , the reception area was lovely and very arty with the paintings , I was on the seventh floor the room was really good a big bed very comfy and soft sheets everywhere was clean and sparkling, only one thing I could say was there is no wardrobe to put your clothes away , there was only me so a stand was ok to hang up my shirts , I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makati and stay longer.
