Everything exceeded my expectations. There are restaurants with vegan option nearby(check google maps). There is a petrol station at 50 meters that also offers VEGAN option meals and has 98 octane. The restaurant at the hotel, however a little expensive, will once more please vegans. And in case you are a raw-vegan you'll get to the 50-meter "stationed" Kaufland and buy melons, grapes, avocados and apples. Acceptable Wi-Fi, very clean rooms with absolutely new sanitary appliances, big hall, very young staff at reception - I would specially mention Dawid, Yakub and Sophia - always ready to give you a solution for most of the issues: find a kantor(even on holidays, that's polish for currency exchange office), answer questions, give advice and generally being helpful. The reception speaks good english, but is kind even when they don't understand you. Sometimes you may think they are somewhat arrogant, but they are actually eager to image the hotel better than it is. Room cleaning service and bottled water everyday is included in price. You get to the city center by tram, bus or foot(easy through a great green park). Shopping center with great discounts at less than 1 km away - Kaufland Kraków Kapelanka, where 50style(and other stores are) is located, Park Handlowy Zakopianka - is 3 km away(Decathlon, Carrefour, MediaMarkt, MediaExpert and many small shops and places to eat). One of the most important options I appreciate a lot - "no credit card needed pay at the property" option when reserving on booking.com . Absolutely recommended for bussines and car travelers(easy access to the parking, the hotel is highway connected), also for families and long stays. Enjoyable music in entrance hall, soft modern furniture, quick lifts, white like snow towels, contemporary shower with rain option, TV with HDMI to connect your laptop.

The hotel needs a glass soundproof wall, as they have all over the Krakow, to separate some rooms(as mine) from tram and street noise. But perfection is of God... and there is some room to improve the competence of young people at reception, cause a receptionist girl couldn't exactly tell me if the shoe cleaning and sew kits are offered for the client for free, or it comes as a part of the room's furniture :) . I suppose it's included in price, but I may be mistaken. Sorry if I'm wrong about it, it's just me asking too much from those idealistic boys and girls, that learn adult life and make for a living by doing night turns at a 24-hour front desk. Overall great experience. I was agreeably impressed.

I like how quiet the hotel was and that we could barely hear people in the hall while staying there and how clean it looked. Food was also rather good. It was my second time staying there and I can only recommend.

Unfortunately one of the days we had a very rude waiter that rolled eyes of us and wouldn't even ask the kitchen whether we could have another dip for the food we ordered as I am allergic to olives and my partner doesn't like mayo. She first said straight up no to asking and after I told her this, she then proceeded to tell us she'd ask the kitchen, but she never went out there.

I absolutely liked everything. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need: a kettle, some bags of coffee and tea, powdered milk and sugar. There’s a shower gel and a hairdryer. I slept really well in the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also worth mentioning that it’s not in the downtown area but it’s only 15-20 minutes by tram from the central railway station. The tram stop is next to the hotel building.

At some point, the location could be a little bit of a disadvantage, the hotel is located 15-20 minutes from the central railway station. In fact the name of the hotel is confusing. It’s just different than the one on Booking

The hotel was definitely affordable and while the location was a bit far from the center, it was near the station (3-5 mins walk) so we still think it was a very good hotel. Also the breakfast was good. The hotel room was small but well designed. The bed can be more comfortable but for the price we paid, it was comfortable enough. Overall, we had an excellent stay! There was also a big park (don’t remember the name) near the hotel which was like 15-20 mins walk, it was beautiful and there was a coffee near.

We didn’t like that it was very dusty in the room and there was no toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste or even slippers.

The location, the public areas are really stylish and comfortable, the rooms are very clean in fact everywhere is. You can relax comfortably in the lounge or in the outside sitting area. Very close to the tram stop to go into Krakow. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times as it is very close to my son and his family.. We have just returned from the Campanile and Krakow was extremely hot. What a relief we had air conditioning.

We do like to watch the news so my only small complaint is the choice of news channels. There are good choices for many languages but the BBC was on the TV list sometimes it was blank and sometimes just breaking up. This is only minor I know.

Excellent breakfast options. Clean hotel and premises. Professional staff that makes you feel welcome.. Good location due to excellent public transportation options. Nicely designed rooms. High quality beds and showers. Agreeable climate in the hotel. All in all highly recommended! Also: Zakrzowek lake and swimming pool (former quarry) is around the corner!

Modern building is clean, but a bit soulless on the outside. Lack of green turns the outside area in an oven during the summer. Hallway temperature was too high. Poor wireless Internet connection in the rooms. (Lobby and restaurant area had excellent reception). Despite these small issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The room was quite nice, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was also very nice, stocked with shower gel. There was a thick curtain that blocked the light well, so one could sleep until later. It was quiet, even in the mornings, I didn't hear the cleaning personnel. The room was stocked with water and tea kettle and tea bags. There was a big screen TV but I never turned it on. The wifi was ok, there were sockets for the laptop and also usb for phones, which I found quite cool. Also, the elevators were working.

I didn't like the toilet door handle, because it's just next to the door for outside and I kept hitting myself on my way out. More importantly, it wasn't clear to me how to operate the AC and there were no instructions (I didn't see them at least), so since there was a heatwave, it got hot in the room at times as the AC was fixed on 23C. It would be nice to put some arrows for the nearest exit as I got lost first day - it's a big building and the exit door wasn't obvious so the first time was a bit confusing.

The staffs were super nice enough to offer us breakfast due to some issues. The interior and room itself is marvelous. I love how modern it is and the neighborhood seems calm and safe. The location isn't the best since it's a bit away from the old town center, but within 20 mins tram (without changing) you can get to the tourist spots easily.

The wifi in our room was very very poor. To a point that we can't sit in our bed and be on the phone cuz there would be no wifi signal at all. After talking to the staffs, their only option was to change the room but we were just about to check out the next day.

The place was super modern, clean and setup in Christmas theme. A few mins outside the rush of the city centre but reachable by public transport still, the calm environment added to its beauty. Was totally worth the price. The breakfast was amazing with all kinds of options!

The WiFi was mostly poor. It was very slow at times. The checkout time is early and the check in is later than usual. When requested for couple of hours earlier check in they demanded some extra amount when it seemed that the room was clearly available in that case.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights while on business in the Jagiellonian University, Science Departments so in this context the location was super, because the hotel is on a walking distance next to the Campus. There is a tram bustop, 2 min walk from the hotel entrance, which is conveninet going to the cicty center and the ride is about 20min, and the cost 4 Polish Zloty. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed comfortable, and there was a flat TV, a coffee/tea maker, and ample of light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, which was impressive. Also I had dinner once in their restaurant and the food was excellent. The wifi, worked well.

There was a separate shower cabinet from the toilette and the water basin which is not something common. Also the steam from the shower could come into the bedroom. HOwever there was a separate set of glass doors that could separate the bedroom, from the other parts. There was not a wardrobe, but there was enough space to hang some clothes. (photos attached)
