Exceptionally nice included breakfast, and they even made us a breakfast box (a sandwich) for the morning we had to leave before the 7 am breakfast started. But we could use the coffee machine. Staff was super helpful, describing how to use the 727 bus that runs right by the hotel, to get to the Coach museum. Easy. And, they got us in our room by noon when check in was 3:00. We had arrived by 9:30 off a cruise ship. Warning: the taxi was $48 from the port for a ten minute ride. Our phone was not working as it should have, so we could not call Uber, which was great last time we were in Portugal a year and a half earlier.

Too far to walk to areas near the river, but right close to a metro, and a bus stop.

Super friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The hotel is very centrally located and only takes about 10 mins to walk to the coast. Clean room. Good breakfast with a wide range of variety.

The AC wouldn't go below 18C and was set to heating only. I felt like I was going to melt in my room at times and I was only here in 21C weather. I couldn't imagine how hot it might be in there during summer. I asked the staff if they could change this but they couldn't. Please let guests change the AC to cooling please!

Very convenient location, you can take a long walk to the city centre or take an uber and reach it in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind, answered every question we had! A value for money option.

The bathroom's walls were made of glass and you could clearly see the person inside, not comfortable at all. There was some mold inside the bathroom too. The breakfast buffet should be supplied more regularly since for some time there was almost nothing to eat.

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. There was no kettle in the room but every night the receptionist would provide us with a pot of hot water and tea. The hotel was less than 8 minutes walk to the metro station also bus stop. It was also easy to walk to the town and most of the main attractions.

The headboard was peeling off and the black coating rubbed off on our pillows, our pillows are black but our bedding never got changed as I believe bedding only gets changed every 3 days and we only stayed 3 days. The breakfast was basic but filling.

Location is very good, you can easily walk to the city centre. Also, is Close to the Metro and easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean, and i found the breakfast options very good, despite what I saw in the other reviews. I had a room facing the courtyard and it was very quiet.

It looks a bit worn-out. Although very clean there are areas of the room that need a refresh or improvement. I would have expected more for the price regarding this aspect

The hotel is well placed for the activities we were doing. It is also very near to a metro station, although we didn’t use it. It is quite small - 7 rooms per floor and rooms are relatively large. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and a good temperature. Breakfast was included, with hot and cold self-service options.

The breakfast room is set out solely for pairs (we were a group of 5) and at peak time on the Saturday was very busy - but that isn’t much of a gripe.

Good location very close to the Metro. Quieter as not right in the centre, but easy walking or a Metro ride to get there. Comfortable bed in very light room on 6th floor. Room relatively small for a couple, but fine for a single traveller or for a short stay. Effective air conditioning and nice to be able to open the window too. Friendly, helpful staff. Good buffet spread for breakfast and gluten free bread provided as soon as we arrived each morning (after our initial request at check in).

Double room served its puepose, it is on the small size but bed was confortable and it was clean. We stayed facing a main road and could hear a bit of noise outside from traffic and people talking, so i guess the window could have a better isolation. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall good value for oney

The team was professional, and the early check-in was a plus. Great location, just steps away from Largo do Rato and a short walk distance from Príncipe Real. Very quiet room. Good value for money.

The room had very dirty walls and some very worn furniture. The glass walls between the bathroom and the bedroom offered no privacy. The bathroom door wasn't even designed to close. The mattress didn't have much support. When one moves, the other wakes up...

I felt wellcome, the staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh, spotless clean bedsheets and super comfortable mattress made me sleep like a baby. I had a very good rest at Lisbon Sao Bento Hotel. Very good breakfast also. The location is good, very close to Rato Metro station, it takes about 30 min by metro from the airport, one change from the Red line to Yellow line. From the hotel, a few minutes walk down the street you reach the Parliament Building, and many other interest points. I can only recommend Lisbon Sao Bento Hotel.

There is nothing to dislike.
