The location is excellent and staff efficient, especially as it is a very busy hotel. I always felt the staff had time for my questions. My room 2306 had a fantastic view and the housekeeping staff kept it very clean. The contractors who are renovating the hotel are very respectful when using the lifts etc

The ventilation fan in the bathroom is very very noisy. On Thursday night 18th May around 11.00pm guests on my floor were smoking marijuana. I decided not to disturb my own sleep anymore by going to reception but was surprised smoke alarms were not activated.

Location is perfect if looking for Manhattqn area with budget cost. Locayion is best as some tourist apots are walakable. Times.Square is 20-25mijites walk No breakfast but there ia 24hrs water available at the lobby ao no need to buy water just refill bottle and go. Storage area is small but we managed store our luggages for 5days when we go for land tours in Canada (after talking to several staff if we can leave our luggages as we have another 4nights booking at the hotel.

Staff at night shift not very accomodating when we asked if we can leave our 3 luggages for 4nights due land tours to Toronto inspite having another booking when we return for another 4nights stay..it was stressful telling us no space to leave the baggages and asked us to talk to manager if we can leave our bags. Hotel smell outside hotel is not nice and not even bother to check- we did 7nights in total here and once you go out you almost vomit.

Fantastic location! We could walk everywhere, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to the metro stops. If you are planning to visit Midtown and Lower Manhattan, this is the perfect place. The room size was enough for three people, and the view from the 22nd floor was amazing. We could see the Financial District. The hotel has everything you need, friendly staff.

The toilet was not in perfect condition, especially the bathtub. We booked for three people but didn't have enough shampoos or shower gel, so we had to buy some at the nearest shop. The area is not as busy as Midtown at later hours, but still, plenty of stuff to do.

the property location is fantastic; super central, so you will have a lot to do just at walking distance. the room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with shower. there is a coffee machine in the room, so you can get coffee as soon as you wake up. there is a lot of storage space for clothes and object. reception is 24/hrs which js always good.

sometimes the room cleaning would happen at 5pm or 6pm, when you are coming back after a day of exploring and would like to rest a little before going out. Moreover. when we had to leave, the receptionist tried to convince us to book a private taxi with the hotel, telling us that although the yellow cab have a flat fare to JFK airport (which they do!), they would have charged us by the meter (which they never did)! of course we did not fall for it and got a yellow cab to the airport at a normal flat fare, but be aware of it.

Accommodation in an excellent location in NYC. Room was very clean and the infrastructure is modern.

They mixed up my check in and therefore upon getting back to the room I was locked out and had to go through a 30 minute process to sort out. The clerk had to go in with a master key so I could go in my room. There are only two elevators serving many floors and guests so there is a big congestion during busy hours.

I was glad that we could leave our bags in the lobby and walk around the city before check-in, as we did arrive in the city hours earlier than check-in.

The property was great, great location, the outside area with tables was really nice as well. The weekend I visited, some construction was going on at the property, a crew of guys were bringing in furniture and it did make wait times for the elevator a little longer than usual, but I didn’t mind. I try to be pretty easy going!

Location was great with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, subway, and... a gelato place! The staff were helpful and patient with questions and inquiries. Room was clean. Restroom was tight but shower was a bit bigger than other budget accommodations I've stayed in at Manhattan area. Parking was way cheaper than other budget hotels at $40/24hrs at ipark.

Like mostly anywhere in NYC especially Manhattan, parking is not inside the hotel and an added expenses on top of hotel.

Location was great, the room looks like in the photos. Not massive, but spacious enough with a big bed! The staff was lovely and helped with any issues right away and kindly. Loved it!

One of the elevators was in constant use for construction works happening at the hotel which meant only one elevator worked between 25 floors so always had to wait 10 minutes to go up or down...

The beds were great, comfortable and the room was well kept. We did not use the coffee maker, but it was provided with the room. The hair dryer provided worked well. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see, with a subway stop two blocks away. The room was small, but based on other reviews this is standard for NYC. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. They provided extra needed items like towels when we asked. Wi-fi connections were good and worked consistently. The breakfast food was generous portions and good variety.

Booking.com stated that breakfast was included with the room. Upon arriving at the hotel, staff told us that only two breakfast vouchers were provided per day for the room by Booking.com. This was not made clear at the time of booking. We were a group of 4 and this caused some difficulty when getting breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant did not have enough staff and it took at least an hour each day for breakfast to get ordered, delivered to the table and eaten.

Great location, close to so much, great view from the room, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, clean

There was construction going on in the hotel, workers held up the only two elevators quite a bit, custodial staff said they couldn't understand English so they couldn't help us with trash or anything extra we needed, hard to reach front office by phone, must be busy as they don't pick up very often
