We normally stay at this hotel when my partner has MS appts at the National Hospital but decided to use it this time to celebrate his 75th birthday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. The cookies given on booking in are amazing!

Bit disappointed there was no fridge in the room as we normally have to bring injections for my partner which have to be kept in the fridge but assume I didn’t notice this when booking. We got down for breakfast at about 9ish and I was surprised that the pastries and some of the meats on offer hadn’t been topped up although there was some time to go before breakfast service ended. The food we had however was lovely and varied and the staff were really helpful and efficient.

The breakfast was excellent and fully stocked although we had breakfast near to finish time. Staff were excellent and courteous and location spot on

It was welcoming, clean and was given an upgrade on arrival that we hadn’t asked for. Instead of double bed it was larger, which I missed out on ordering anyway so was pleased.

The only thing wrong was the fridge did not work and we ask the staff to check it as we wanted cold drinks & had an uneaten sandwich left in there, they said a maintenance person would check it and sort it out. Sadly they only moved it in the cupboard from right to left but it made no difference. So no cold drinks in the evening and had to through away the sandwich, not impressed with service to be left with it still not working as we left.

The entrance into the hotel is lovely and smelt great. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was perfect for what we wanted. We didn't have breakfast but we did have a snack in the bar and the food was lovely. The room, albeit small, had everything in it that we wanted.

The bathroom glass shower screen was small so when we had a shower the bathroom got drenched. The water took ages to get hot and at one point, I actually wondered if it was ever going to get hot. The water in the bedroom was £2 which I thought was a bit much and could have been included. There was a shop around the corner so we just went and brought our own.

- The room is very comfortable, with appealing lighting, tasteful decoration, and a good shower. - The staff members are very helpful, especially Riddhi at reception, who assisted with check-in, check-out, and bag storage processes. The courier service is also commendable. - Breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options. - Customer communication is easily accessible and ensures a pleasant stay. - The location is excellent, offering proximity to great bus and tube connections and within walking distance of the city center.

- The room service offers limited value for the price. - During busier breakfast hours, some items are not replenished in time. - The room, while comfortable, is quite small and may be challenging if you have large suitcases. - The fitness facility is underwhelming and noticeably less well-resourced compared to the rest of the hotel.

Breakfast was really good , there was a fantastic choice of great quality foods . The location was fantastic and very central for sightseeing and theatres . Room was upgraded and was very clean and comfortable. Great choice and would definitely use again .

The room upgraded was great , but unfortunately the sofa bed was made up for a third guest . So was unable to enjoy the extra space provided. There was a mix up with communication from reception to hotel staff , and unfortunately the bed remained . But this was just annoying and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our stay .

Staff and management were so welcoming even when our key card door didn't work the manager came and sorted it out for us with slight delay getting into room but he looked after us later on during our stay Evening food was delicious and if you want a relaxing meal with no rush it's perfect bar drinks open until late so after show drinks were enjoyed Room was very comfortable air con working very well If you want somewhere to stay in the west end of London this is a good option tubes about 10 minutes walk approximately We would come back to just relax and go shopping or the museum then enjoy a long 3 course meal in the evening lovely stay

We had to remind the waitress that we had a show to go to so evening meal slightly rushed And even though the breakfast was tasty it could have been hotter plenty of breakfast options available

Friendly staff, good location, clean & comfortable room, free upgrade!

The complimentary cookies upon check-in were delicious, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was superb.

We got unlucky with the room since the bathroom was in the middle of it, which made the space awkward and tight. Also, the room was tidy, but it was very dusty, we also saw two small spiders inside the room next to the window, lastly i had to ask for some tissue paper as they forgot to add one in the room.

Room was very spacious with a king bed. Facilities in the room was really good too, shower was lovely, provided with iron/iron board hairdryer etc, the location was superb and only 15 min walk from the west end theatres! Breakfast ticked all boxes and food was exceptional for a buffet breakfast..

Theirs not much we didn’t like, the only exception was the main restaurant was having renovations and we could hear drilling whilst eating breakfast, albeit quiet.
