Beyond expectation. excellent hotel, very impressive services, very fast responsive elevators, fast reliable Wifi with speed of 50-100 Mbps. Complementary daily fruit dish is delivered daily to the room, and during the first day, there is a free cookies for the kids. You can order hot drinks for free as well everyday (i.e. tea and coffee). Baby crib was available and for free.

Rooms stay at 19-20 C all the time. Could not warm up the rooms due to the AC issues. The maintenance team tried to help me but room temp. did not go above 21. Bring winter PJ with you just in case.

Most top hotels around the Haram have run down over time. Raffles has managed to come up with a formula of ensuring the property is maintained properly with a particular attention to quality of service. This is the main reason I return here almost twice a year. I would like to mention in particular the personal attention paid by Tasneem from the front-desk team during our entire stay from check-in to check-out, including transportation. Also Hamdaan at the dining hall is doing an excellent job.

Somethings can be valued added. Not having Iron stands and Iron in a Kaaba view room was a bit of a surprise given the rental price that is charged.

The view from my room was directly facing Masjid al-Haram, makes it easier to pray from the comfort of your room. The room and living room size were enormous and noiseless.

The elevators to go directly to Masjid al-Haram was not private or it was not for Raffles only, and that makes the waiting for the elevators uncomfortable experience.

Everything was perfect Security people and fawaiz in door to collect out baggage’s and staff in restaurant Kawsia and Abdulwahed were perfect and service and Desta in lobby was welcoming person

The receptionist in check in and check out was not welcoming as expected and as other raffles Hotels around the world

Location is strategic, special lifts for hotel guests to Haram. The service by the staff has always been exceptional. Makes you feel welcomed everytime. This is our 10th time staying at this hotel and will always be our first choice. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Special note to.Mr. Asnand who remembered us.

Coordination between the hotel and the guards manning the entrance at the entrance at the tunnel of King Abdulaziz road needs improvement. Despite doing the permit for my driver twice, the guards kept on insisting to my driver that his car was not registered. My driver ended up to make a big roundabout. It is only after I myself went to the guards and showed them screenshot of the permit that the guards realized the permit. Despite the entrance control at the basement, I was approached by at least 3 persons who offered their transport services. Which means that these unauthorized drivers were allowed by the guards to come in as compared to my driver who already had the permit to come in.

Location and facilities are excellent, could be the best in Makkah, breakfast is very good with lot’s of variety

“Partial haram view” is not worth it, it’s essentially the same as city view, Check-in was not smooth as expected, although the hotel was informed of my arrival time and I booked 3 rooms, not even one was ready at 4PM! At checkout I was denied late checkout till 2PM and was given two rooms after haggling.

The best thing about the stay was the room view with our special payer area! The butler of the suite was so helpful . The royal kaaba view suite is highly recommended , and i thank Tasnim from the front desk for recommending this suite. The view is majestic and the room speakers of Haram makes you feel in the Haram! The room was big enough for all 4 of us with helpful butler and daily complimentary coffee dallah , sweets , fruits and a pitcher of Zamzam water . The breakfast restaurant is good but sometimes when crowded the staff can get overwhelmed , but we completely understand how stressful it can get when the restaurant us packed! Make sure you check with the front desk , Tasnim in my case , to check for the best times to perform Omra and the peak hours. And also keep in mind to avoid the outside elevators prayer times . Try to use it 1 hour before prayer or more.

The creamerie cafe and majlis Italian restaurant were not as expected . The balcony seating area Was a little overused and needed renovations. There should be more service staff !and maybe more training . The service and hospitality level is not what i have expected from a 5 star hotel like Raffles. We have booked chauffeur service to and from airport. That chauffeured company must be changed!! The driver on the way to the airport had the craziest road rage !!! I thank god we made it alive to the airport. He showed zero respect to us and started cursing surrounding cars!! Horrible

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the check-in (Sorry, I forgot her name). The Panoramic view of the Kaaba was amazing.

The hotel needs renovation.

Every thing, it's our 6 times maybe in raffles, we definitely not changing the hotel, it's clean, the staff is friendly and helping, the food is great.(fotoor) have different kinds of food with high quality food and the service was excellent can't remember the names but I think Wael and his colleagues doing so good work thank you all I would like to send special thank to Rana and Saad in the front desk because they always try their best in finding the room we want ❤️ Thank you raffles for making our Omrah so beautiful we definitely looking forward for our next visit

The money off course, it's costly but, I think still in Ramadan time it's reasonable, and you pay for what to get.
