Mr zahid as manager and yousuf plus helper shzol... Just buggy's shall be improvised ...plus more cleaning daily and can add kettle in rooms ... Rest I recommend and thanks and basic groups I do for helps mg adults to have safe secured Umrah and our aim is to give ease to people specific adults ... Just the buggy rides shall be more and extra more. As height is the only reason....if that can have some solution as for youth not problem but aged ppl.might face issue ....rest all great ..more than good ....

I had an excellent stay! The room service was outstanding – prompt, professional, and attentive to all my needs. The room itself was very neat and clean, with great attention to detail. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless, and the ambiance was comfortable and inviting. All the staff was very very nice , kind and helpful , they was fantastic Mr.Mohamed alamgir, shouzon, Ayman Abou bakr and Mr zahid Ali They always come to clean Specially Mr.Mohamed Alamgir always helping us and come to ask if we want anything if we want any help , next time I will not go to any other hotel , only this hotel Thank for all your help and kindness

The room was very near and clean. The guy named Tariq Majeed and his team of house keeping was fantastic. They were very cooperative with me. It's a walking distance towards haram.

Very comfortable room clean nice looking. I like the services of the hotel side. Especially they provide room service every day. Their staff their language is beautiful. Thank you for the service. Supervisor Mahabub Manager Ifteker Mr. Zahid can reach Harem in a short walk.

This hotel price amazing very very good have parking and staff very good tanks to Mr.mahbub Zahid manager very humble and service excellent. Hotel near Al haram can walking only 15 minit. All good for this hotel if im come to Makkah insyaallah i Will book again

The management staff is very good but the administration staff is very rude they even didn't know how to treat the visitors. Overall cleaning and managing the hotel by the supervisor is wonderful but you may face problem with that staff people sitting on the front desk

Housekeeping supervisor Alamgir verry helpful & Asst manager Zahid ali meet me on daily biases make our stay comfortable & satisfaction . Mr Iftikhar Ahmed all your team very professional & good also the house keeper sujan was too good in making things. Thanks all
