The Location was perfect if you are going for Umrah. Haram (Mosque) is just 10 to 12 minutes’ walk through tunnel or through Market. The Room service guy Mahaboob asked everyday if we need room service, also Haneen asked us if we need any assistance or room service. So no issues with Staff. When we arrived around 22:00, the guy at reception was aware of about our booking and it took literally 5 minutes to Check in. Room was big, clean and comfortable. There is steep hill when you go to haram but believe me it's fine even for kids and older people because they have Golf Cart (which we didn’t use) to take you up and down and the steep hill is just less than 1 minutes’ walk. There is Pakistani Hotel few yards away so food is available 24 hours. The best thing was that you don’t need to wait for shuttle due to walking distance to Haram. As long as room was ok, we had no issues in our 5 days of stay. We didn’t eat from the hotel so cannot comment. See, it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect too much but it's fit for our purpose of visit, we wanted to avoid Shuttle service or Taxi service to haram and this is we achieved with good room service and sleep. Value for Money. If you are ok with Shuttle services offers by other hotels, then you may go for more comfort and luxury, but if you are looking for walking distance and don’t want to pay thousands of pounds then go for this hotel.

If you want to avoid hustle while enjoying value for money, then following is for you: After prayer time if you are coming straight to hotel then you will find crowded lifts and you may need to wait to get in to the lifts. (We came across this issue on first day so we planned accordingly and didn’t face this issue again) The communal areas had slightly weird smell (we didn’t spend time in Communal areas so no problem for us) Rooms are not updated but this is what we paid for to stay close to Haram.

I like the location of the place WALKING to Masjid Al Haram 10 min easy Via bus station direct up to the clock tower haram or walk toward the shops brings you direct to the masjid . Food store shops near the price of the hotel just to shower and rest. DISTANCE SAFE AS WE WERE 2 WOMAN, Mahaboob staff was very helpful with taxi stuff he speaks English, WHICH HELPS VERY mind. HELP ME TO CARRY MY STUFF . I RECOMANDE HIM..😊👍👍

CORRIDOR NOISY ALL NIGHT.FOOD count rest properly . LIFT VERY BUSY. The other staff reception don't speak English, keep your bookings details, they might say you didn't pay .. You get what you Pay if you need to get a place to rest shower

Alsalamo Alikum , The property is extremely close to the Haram. It’s literally 2 roads you walk. During Fajr for example I can leave my room 15 minutes before athan and make it on time. This specific hotel binds 3 attributes that make it a top pick, the price , the distance, and cleanliness. The staff are kind and respectful. During my stay I was assisted by few , Mahbub, Alam, Haneen, Nehal, Rafi, Istibar, and few others. The hotel has a prayer room. The hotel also is near the high way so leaving Makkah is actually very easy. To be honest if I ever come Back to Makkah I would stay in this hotel over and over just for the positive experience.

Every thing was positive and above expectations.

Cleanness at the property was appreciable. Facilities like parking, toiletries, water, Tea cattle with tea and coffee was very good. It is around 15 minutes walk away from Haram. Housekeeping staffs were very polite and cooperative specially Mr. Yousuf. Hotel provides shuttle service since the hotel is bit upside on hill.

Provision of microwave will be an additional support.

Best value for money. Remarkable location. Very courteous staff.

I didn’t have a breakfast from them. I didn’t remember if the breakfast was included.

It’s on a hill. It’s hard to go up by your feet, especially elderly people. But there are golf carts available during the prayer times. I wish they have more than 3. The golf carts is shared by three hotels on the hill.

Location was very good and economical. Only 10-12 minutes walk from Haram and you pass through small markets so it doesn’t bother you. My family had a very comfortable stay. Staff was exceptionally cooperative specially Tariq and Raghd. They tried to help us beyond their capacity.

They need more people who can understand English.

Forget what the other reviews may say, theres always competitors sabotaging. For 5 nights of stay, this hotel really cares about their reputation. Daily enquiry in the afternoon to find out if we're ok and if we need any towels, tissue, coffee, shampoo, soap and many water bottles!! The beds were comfy, room was comfy and not real problems. They have a prayer room floor in the hotel. The staff are friendly each one of them. The manager Rafi is great! Mehmood a staff would always ask if everything ok and if need anything. The buggy for the verryyyyy smalll hill is present at all times and not just prayer times as i originally thought. Its a 10 second hill anyways but a bonus to get on the buggy right at the end. Toiler shower water pressure all great!

Nothing to be honest. Except the fact that there waant a microwave in the building but then its a hotel and with no restaurant so no reason to have one. Its just we had left over food twice but couldn't reheat to eat. Lifts they have 5 in total with 17 floors. The lifts are fast! Its the other guests that dont know how to use them, they'de get in a lift thats going up even if they had to go down, they'de press both up and down, so naturally the lifts had to stop in all those places. You'll face this problem anywhere with many group travellers that dont know how to use a lift.
