A very pleasant stay at le Meridian Towers. The reception and room service was exceptionally good and helpful. The shuttle service to and fro Haram makes it very comfortable. The hotel has many shops within and hence buying souvenirs or daily items is very easy. Ordered food through room service a couple of days and was not at all disappointed. Highly recommended.

The Bus on the way back could not be spotted easily as buses of many different hotels looked similar, so people always had to ask the drivers and other people about which bus is for which hotel. Due to this once I also sat in the wrong bus since it looked very similar. The hotel should mark, or write very clearly, and in a large font on the bus so it is clear to everyone which one is the bus for Le Meridien Towers.

Everything Was perfect, Abdoolatiff at reception who checked us in was friendly, welcoming and professional, gave us a nice spacious room. We used Gulf restaurant (Tower 7) for breakfast during our stay. Restaurant was clean, nice ambiance, staff were attentive and courteous especially Saud and Hussain were very professional and welcoming, also the staff in kitchen were very professional. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, wide variety and good. Their bus shuttle runs every 15 minutes to Masjid Al Haram, AC buses, takes about 2 minutes through a tunnel to reach at the basement of clock tower. Lastly at check out Conceirge staff supervisor Mirza Abdul Rashid came and made sure everything went smoothly including Taxi and luggage transfer, he also gave us organic dates box from Le Meridian as a parting gift. Definitely will be staying here again at our next visit InshaAllah

Pillows provided were too thick for my liking, maybe having an option of one thick and one thin pillow.

Le Meridien Towers was a very good experience and well worth the price paid. Taxi drive from airport was straightforward and we didn't get stuck in much traffic. Check in was a little busy but we were in our room with all our luggage in 25mins We stayed in Tower 5 in an executive suite with an extra bed. Very spacious and clean. Two toilets with shower, kitchen, living space and a large bed room with king size bed. We had an extra single bed added. Shuttle service was excellent, directly outside the main entrance of tower 5. Average wait was around 5mins maybe even less. Shuttle ride was 2 mins, followed by an approximately 5 minute walk under the clock tower. Nice shaded flat walk with escalator near the haram for ease of access. Average time from our room to the Haram was 10mins. Our room was cleaned on request. Breakfast had a good variety. Could've had a few more options but nevertheless we were satisfied. On the M floor there were many shops available for gifts, groceries and general necessities. The breakfast buffet was also here. There were massage machines for a charge. Two young kids had plenty of room to play. Fridge/freezer worked fine. Concierge service was very good No wait for elevators

Pillows were large and very soft. It took a night or two to get used to them. Room keeping had to be prompted but when prompted did a very good job. Out of 3 phones in the room only 1 worked

This rating was hard for me because I faced some issues in the room but at the same time the hotel has two advantages which can let you neglect the disadvantages. The price and location are amazing. The most comfortable thing was that the bus is available every 5 or 10 mins and not every 20 or 30 mins like most hotels. This is a big advantages. Also the trip duration is 4 mins + 4 to 5 mins walking and you find yourself inside the haram. Overall the price + the bus availability is a win situation. - Rooms are very big with kitchen an microwave

All those points may not be a problem for most people. - i tried two rooms .. Floor 20 and 11. Both of them I kept hearing an annoying sound all day. Seems like fans of the ACs. - House keeping is a nightmare. They come after 1 hour after you request them - Room is 8/10 clean I faced some issues in my first room (microwave not working, water tap is always hot, broken chair, bath tap not working) At the end it is a good hotel and probably will book it again.

Room size : Excellent, Bigger than most in Makkah. Suites are great with all amenities. Breakfast: Wonderful tasty food. Restaurant Staff was amazing specially Ali Harbi, Saud and Hussain were outstanding. Food was plenty with variety and live Omelets. Concierge guy Haris also served us well. Location: 1st Hotel after the tunnel. Directly Connected to clock tower via 24X7 shuttle (buses) without facing local traffic Reception staff was good. Complimentary coffee and sweets were provided on arrival Room size: One of the best in Makkah. Unlimited water bottles were supplied. Shuttle bus service is one of the best. Every time i came down the bus was waiting. Only while returning from Haram we faced rush and delays. For elderly with wheel chairs not recommended to take bus while returning after Salah times and on Fridays. Market inside the towers made shopping easy. barber shop on M floor was good. Kitchen has Microwave and coffee making machine. Varieties of tea and coffee were provided free. This was my 2nd stay and definitely will come back.

Bed quality was average, Needs to improve extra large double bed quality and single beds also needs upgrade. Water pressure was little low in bathroom showers. TVs were outdated and too small.

Check in n check out was smooth, elevator was quick, spacious room, 24 hour shuttle to haram departing every 3 minutes. The manager went above and beyond by personally escorted us during check out and gave us nice souvenir. 🥳 Abdullah and ismael Muhammad helped us with our bags during check out. Abdullah even went above and beyond when our uber driver was moving further away which then i had to cancel. He called one of the taxi in front of hotel and told us how to bargain with the driver. Thank you very much!

It’s my favourite hotel in Makkah for the last 3 years visits as I found it easy going to El harm as bus runs every 10mins 24/7 and only takes 5 minutes by bus and another 3 to 4 minutes walking to get there. Room is big 41 squares very roomy and having a small kitchen and microwave makes it easier/handy to use during my stay. I'll be back for more visits and upgrade my room Inshallah. All staff are very welcoming especially reception staff were very helpful and professional. Many Thanks

It's 3 minutes with the shuttle to the Haram. What is nice is it drops you off right by the main entrance and is not like the other shuttles where the walk is much longer. And 4 to 5 minutes walk into the haram after the shuttle drops you. (underground so a little less heat). You don't wait more then 5 minutes for the shuttle at anytime of the day.

Room, food, bus

1. Please Arrange one ATM cash machine on G floor. 2. Please install stair railing on G and M Floors for elderly guest. 3. Guide instructions on which lift goes to M floor for restaurant. 4. Guide instructions on how use the door access card as we have to visit reception 3 times a day to reactivate the card. 5. Please check why so many guests are coming to reception for repeated issues and fix them.

Shuttle : All the time available from and to Haram. I am amazed by all those, who shared negative reviews about shuttle. Hotel Food Buffet : Breakfast was very normal or average. Lunch / Dinner is acceptable. All related food items are available in Buffet. Rice / Curry / Grilled chicken / Soup / deserts and drinks Services Around : No nearby services available. No shops available nearby. You have to go Shops near Haram mosque or bit far to Hotel back sides which is not recommended. Parking : Yes available almost all the time, but required some good driving skills to enter and exit. Reception and Room Confirmation :: Very positive attitude from Reception Staff. i really liked although i was not expecting much. Although it was crowded , but got room keys within 30 mins. Room Services : Perfect and very Active. You just call and within 5 minutes , they ll be at your door. Laundry charges are v high and Not economical. Lifts :: All the time available. maximum need to wait for 2-3 minutes. Distance to Haram: Shuttle is Free and next to Hotel door. Then it passed the Tunnel and after 3 minutes , it dropped you exactly behind the Makkah Tower back side Basement area. Then you have to walk around 400 m to reach to the Haram entrance. This is the walking which you have to cover , every time you are going to or from Haram.

2 different times unfortunate happened and fire alarm started. Imagine, continuous alarms , v irritating and one time fixed after 15 minutes and second time after 45 minutes. One time, whole building light was gone for 1 hour and there was Fire alarm. Just imagine the Panic around. We used Mobile torches and reached to Reception but they were very calm, like it was just daily routine. They simply answered, light will be available shortly as maintenance going on.
